Ive been in contact with CEO of Bitshash and Bitspark at the TOKEN2049 summit in Hong Kong and I brought up the topic on security of dash platform versus bitreward coin. Others may have other card options to share.

With regards to Amazon gift cards definitely Bitrefill is the best for that and many other gift cards. Using Instantsend is fantastic.

Polispay is not currently an option.  It did worked great for awhile.  Mastercard squashed it, due to shipping outside the banks geography.   They are currently working on a replacement card.  It still works good, if you happen to live in Mexico.

Today Bitcointalk.org forum introduced KYC requirements, in order to continue using this forum you have to submit certain information :
