Thats funny, I didn't actually say it will be successful or not potentially a scam I simply asked the question IF they implement anonymity along with other features won't it seriously threaten Darkcoins value. Apparently I need to be run out of town for blaspheming your God Darkcoin. I find you guys fun to play with, like Mormons or something. I need a name for you Zealots.

How about Darkists? or Darkcranks? Hey lets go with Darkcocks.

Keep your heads in the sand and your ass in the air my precious Darkcocks!!! I love you all!!!

Interesting. So your first post here was "I JUST DUMPED HALF MY DARK... HERE'S THIS NEW COIN... THOUGHTS?"

After people called you out on that stupid nonsense, you back tracked and claimed people told you to get out without answering your questions. Then you said you were done.

Fats forward to a couple of post later and you resurface with "Your coin is going to be obsolete very soon"

Wow what an unbiased and nuanced way to spur discussion. It is very clear that you don't have an agenda. Nope. It's just the darkinians trying to stiffle dissent in this totalitarian forum. Not because you are acting like a stupid twunt or trying to push your imaginary coin to the fore front. Nope. It's because we have blocked our ears against listening to the news of your "GAME CHANGING" coin which has no white paper, code, wallet and anonymous devs who are asking for a hundred percent IPO.

I love it when people like you do this. You'll keep trying and more of you will definitely come here with your goods to hock. At least admit it and save us some time instead of trying to be stupidly slick.

I think he is something of a launch coin picker / trader. He probably scans the forum for new coins, makes an assessment and tries to get in early, wait for the pump and then tries to call the dump. My guess is that he dumped his DRK too early and he is regretting it. Maybe trying to figure out if he should buy back in. Why else bother keep coming back here? If he thought DRK was a lost cause, he would wait for the demise and gloat to himself.

It's a shame that someone with energy and is somewhat astute (lost points for dumping dark) can have such an unproductive side.

What a kid. You talk too much...

Lets set a bet. 2-out-of-3 signatures required to release the funds...
If Darkcoin goes goes up to X I win. If it goes down to Y you win.
What will it be?

I was always surprised why my payouts at coinmine were much lower than predicted, so last week I've been experimenting with suchpool and lotterymining.

Result - I'm consistently getting 0.124 DRK more per 1Mhash/day on the other pools (suchpool and lotterymining), despite the fact that the time with coinmine was at average difficulty lower than other.
Think about it, @ 100Mhash, that's almost 87 Darks more per week!

My theory is either knowingly/unknowingly allowing whale to cheat stratum with the low diff trick. At 4500 Mhash on that pool we're talking $450 worth of Darks being taken away from miners.

Could anyone else have a look into it and double check/confirm/deny?

Hi,

I double-checked my pool and I am sure it is safe. Also this is quite strange you gets less because when you look at last 7 days pool luck:
1. coinmine - 103.49%
2. lottery - 113.85%
3. suchpool - 117.82%
4. official - 137.79%

Which means coinmine was the best in efficient block finding...

Thanks for clarification Feeleep... Now I have no idea why this is happening.
I did my tests for 48h at a time, so short term luck shouldn't matter much I think.
Query time is similar and rejects rate were same and very low ( <0.3%) in each test.

actually time period matters because if you look at coinmine statistics right now - bad luck in last 2-3 hrs lead to worse 24 stats (106.4% comparing to 103.49% in 7 days and less than 103% overall)

Oh my gosh, I just went "outside" to the Alt announcement forum to see what is out there, and it scared the heck out of me!  So many alts!  So many are dead already!  I can see why people just drop in and yell "scam coin"!  It's crazy!

I think I'm suffering from Agoraphobia now! (shivers)  Shocked

Your coin is soon going to be obsolete, at that point you may as well have Tittie coins

My invalids on the official pool are below average and the rejects on my local sgminer are pretty good too.

Is there a way to see what the rejects are for each pool?  I'm not sure it makes a big difference, but ping rates and server capacity inefficiencies might help redistribute the network? This might also have the unintended consequence of doing the opposite and polarising the network.

is this coin getting pumped?

The price has been held down by a bot on cryptsy that was regularly dumping to any buy above 0.00125. Now it seems the bot is no longer active, and the price is rising naturally.

+1

At the current market, considering network hashrate and general coin qualities, ~0.002 or slightly above seems to be a more appropriate level.

Dumb question and I'm sorry for repeating what I am sure has already been asked but when it DarkSend making its way into the DarkCoin client?

I can see that it was almost code complete and being tested a month ago.

What's up with the official pool?

My invalids on the official pool are below average and the rejects on my local sgminer are pretty good too.

Is there a way to see what the rejects are for each pool?  I'm not sure it makes a big difference, but ping rates and server capacity inefficiencies might help redistribute the network? This might also have the unintended consequence of doing the opposite and polarising the network.

I am testing automatic script which will adjust pool fee based on coinmine network share. I should have code ready by end of tomorrow.
