how do i short darkcoin?
Sell high, hope it goes down and buy back the same amount or more at the cheaper price... rise and repeat, but this can be a dangerous game... if it doesn't go down when you expect it to you can lose out. Yes dont do like i did. I fucked up hard |

You can't short, at least I have yet to see an exchange that offers shorting of altcoins. What you are implying is him having a long position already (which I bet he does not). |

I made three transfers. The wallet says it is getting confirmed,etc. but it does not appear in the blockchain or at the destination.
for example:
86 confirmations, broadcast through 6 nodes
8a608e6b3eed38b76e82e55302d49c4b8b32f9c538638a0b064234483a2bed72
I am on a Mac running v0.9.1.0-g30ca909-beta
Am I on a fork comprised of ancient versions? If that is not the latest version, does anybody know where the latest is?

They can't buy all the nodes or even the vast majority of them. The price will escalate disproportionately (5$ will be peanuts* in that scenario) with evaporating liquidity in the market / thinning of the orderbook. * If it goes down that way they might tempt coins101 to sell a few at 300$ |

DRK does look interesting but most of us should know a bubble when we see one now. Only a matter of time until someone wants to cash out at 5x what they bought at. Just which big holder is going to crash the market first, leaving other holders, holding until next time.
