I totally agree with Evan's sentiment...  Let all the weak hands leave the coin... Current price means nothing...

If you're still accumulating this should be the happiest few days of your life...

Not in the slightest... All the fundamentals for this coin are in place and what's been happening over the last few days smells of people leaving the game + opportunistic manipulation...

Camo, could it be something with your network or internet connection? It's so bewildering when 20+ people have reported that it works.
I used a public WiFi 30 miles from home.

I'm not wasting any more of my time trying to get people to pay attention to the issue. If everyone wants to pretend it isn't real, I'm fine with that at this point. I really wanted this project to be something, but a refusal to acknowledge a problem that I have repeated and thoroughly documented is irrelevant just because "It works for me on totally non-similar conditions" whatever...

Yeah, I'm a troll, whatever. Nobody spits in my face and continues to get my support.

I believed in this project. Not so much after all this refusal and insult...
dude... there are people here that have tried to help.  what is it you need?  even im not sure... people have asked to help. people making comments to you is showing their frustration with this.

what is it that you need? what help do you need?

That is my point. He is crying like a little girl. People here asking to help, but he turns them down. 2 hours later, he comes and cry. I do not believe he holds any drk. Or even if he holds, it is like pocket change. Real investor with a large holdings would not react like that. WOuld take care the issue slient. So Camo is a big time troll and a good actor. I wonder what shitcoin he is sent to here.

Don't let the trolls get to you canuck...  in Norway they are considered good luck.

I'd like to thank eduffield and the other developers for this critically important evolution in virtual currency. DarkCoin is what bitcoin should have been. Some might call it "Bitcoin 2.0" but would do better by saying: "DarkCoin is digital cash." - Child Harold - February 28, 2014

Guys, just stop it. I can confirm camosoul issue. Anyone actually can do this - just run your wallet in testnet, grab 10K+ coins from test faucet, wait for about an hour and you'll see it by yourself. Issue http://jira.darkcoin.qa/browse/DRK-28 is already assigned to Evan and I hope we'll get some response from him soon.

ah.. the price does not concern me the least, I was buying at 0.020 and down the downtrend, catching knives like I worked on a sircus

Well I have lost quite some capital, but I also have gained allot from all of the different pumps and dumps with other coins. DRK is the only one I continue to funnel my profits into (although i'm in a losing position right now)

This low price is only another reason to liquidate my other holding to grab some more DRK.

DRK is in my 5 year plan, If it goes to 1$ I will just acquire more. Because the fundamentals are still there. Im not going to sell until those 5 years are up.

It might be crazy but I have a 10% high risk portfolio and DRK is taking up more and more of that. My broker thinks i'm nuts but I have always had some creeping feeling about the future and jumping on risk is what got me to where I am today.

And if you are wondering, taking leaps of faith also helps if you want to achieve amazing results. Selling now or in the next year will be a traumatic experience I imagine. Cold storage is a good way to keep your sanity. Buy with money you can afford to lose, decide your limits and timeframe. and walk away.

And one last thing.

Risk management is something anyone "investing" in the altcoin market should look up and study.

Kristov, where r u mate?

Working, probably.

One of the things I really liked about my brief sojourn in the NXT thread a month ago while I was playing with NXT assets was that nobody cared about the price, they were just getting on with building cool stuff. Admittedly, cool stuff that nobody else understood, but it was such a pleasant change from the constant price-related whining that goes on in here.

Really people, if you don't like DRK just sell whatever you've got and go away.  Kiss

Too much mention of KA as some kind of pumping scheme (it's not phrased that way) that will take the price upwards. Let him do the job he has to do and the price will fix itself once the dumper is over.

The dumper is determined to unload his stash. He was selling pre-RC4, he is selling post-RC4, in same intervals of 1000-1500-2000 DRKs etc. He takes a nap, no dumping intervals etc for a few hours, wakes up, sees the price has gone up, unloads 4-5K DRKs... He's the only one selling but I don't see many willing to sell DRKs that low. If people haven't sold at 0.025, 0.02, 0.015, 0.01, 0.008 etc, why sell at 0.005? That's my take anyway.

The only question is who is the dumper?

Well, if someone wanted to track transactions through masternodes, it's now busted due to the 8-round mixing that allows something like 1% mapping of all transactions - so that's useless. So if NSA (scenario 1) had bought nodes, they might be selling them now.

Camo said in the past he had 7-digit worth of DRKs... we only see 10.5k in sshots. Where are the rest? Still he should have run out of DRKs by now (scenario 2)

The primary buyer of DRK, the one responsible for taking the price to the roof, no matter who he was, is dumping - perhaps along with some other coins that had his "signature" (scenario 3)

Scenarios are not listed in order of plausibility btw.

Then let him resolve it in a professional manner and not bash everyone on the head that has worked their ass off to make this project a success.

The work on Testnet by the developers and testers was relentless, people have sweat blood for this project, worked long hours and shown a level of dedication that would make any project manager green with envy.

Saying "Thank You" and showing appreciation is a very important part of the process.
