What that site shows me is there are countless pump and dumps I didn't even know about, and all the older established coins are down. There is zero actionable information with that site, you would be better served by playing roulette and betting on everything.

It shows me that any liquidity is chasing scams right now, and now is the time to invest in coins with future potential. Most people are holding waiting for bottom, and what little money there is moving freely is only into pump and dumps.

I'm a steady investor but the price as it stands remains puzzling. I do not mean that we should be to the moon, but are we going to remain mired below 3 dollars or 4 max for quite a while. Given the pace of Bitcoin, which was the model, we should expect at least some acceleration of the process (since we no longer need to convince people cryptocurrency is a good idea in general).

hm..and what would you expect it to be? a sure advice which coin to buy or sell? These all are post-factum data anyway good for (maybe) making your own forecasts or decisions without any guarantee

Help please...what does "not capable masternode" error code mean? Following WeirdGod tutorial to the letter but this pops up when trying to start the masternode from the console. My son who has been the one who is trying to set this up for us has said when he searches forums for "not capable masternode" issues it doesn't help him troubleshoot cause he's not sure what it actually means. Sorry if this sounds stupid...my son is technical person...did my best to explain problem. Thanks

"not capable masternode"

"IS there no specific error that throws this code? " Is the question my son just emailed me from work to ask you guys...
Use the same wallet verison on local and remote server 10.12.32
Very often we have newest 10.12.32 version and on local we use 9.12.32 Wink this will not help you and you`ll get this error...

Let me know if helped
For me the "Not capable masternode" is because it didn't find the 1000 DRK...

It's not complicated but must follow this summup/check list : (local=where you'll own your 1000 drk, remote=the linux server that will run your darkcoind as MN, before ALWAYS BACKUP you WALLET.DAT if you got one, on one of the two machines (local and remote)
1-launch new local wallet (without wallet.dat to start with new wallet), generate privkey and adress 0
2-install darkcoind on remote put in its conf file the line with privkey generated in 1, and launch it (wait that it download all the blockchain ~10/15 min or less)
3-send 1K in one shot to address 0
4-re-launch local wallet with 2 things in conf file : privkey in 1 and the IP of the remote. darkcoind-qt.exe -conf="YourLocalConfFile"
5-wait that the 1000 drk got 6 configmation
6-on local "masternode start"

Check with your son that he didn't forget one point.
Thank you...like how you broke down the steps so even a non tech like me can kinda follow along. Son on his way now...excited to finally have a running masternode! Cool

I think you need to look up the difference between actionable information and being told exactly what to do.

On review of your post history, you are plugging that site, yours, in every thread. Ignored.

Markets can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent.

There is nothing to invest in at the moment, if you are willing to chase pump and dumps and literally gamble, maybe you can make quick profits. I've gone over every coin in the top 30 on coin market cap. Drk is the strongest bet, but it is just a bet. IPO / POS coins are scams flat out, coins ex nihilo, the coin must be POW, otherwise whats the point, it can be manipulated at will, see ripple recently. I see no transparent, competent devs with a history of delivery besides Evan. Releasing vague pdf's, phone apps, derivatives, collateralized debt obligations (FOR FUCKS SAKE!), none of this is progress towards an anonymous bitcoin alternative.

Make sure you have denomination turned off and transfer the 1k from and outside wallet, like an exchange.   I had that problem until I realized denomination started to break up the 1k and render the MN unable to start.

This guide is good, I'm not running the same setup but the mechanics are the same, do everything in order exactly as it instructs:

************ Alert ************

Great Ambrose Evans Pritchard interview about the state of the world financial system.

Ambrose recommends buying Darkcoin to protect oneself from worldwide financial collapse and Mayhem.

According to Pritchard, Darkcoin is unlevered base money, whereas Fiat is highly levered credit money. Says that when the Chinese and Russians toss their US T-bond holdings onto the tinderbox that is the current treasuries market, everything will go up in a huge bonfire that explodes a rocket under the a*ss of metals, commodities and cryptocurrencies - in particular Darkcoin which will eventually see numerical parity with Bitcoin.

Says that emerging markets have doubled their debt levels since the last panic of 2008 and that China deliberately created a "Bitcoin ban" scare back in December so they could shake-out large quantities of cryptocurrency to add to their "commodity lifeboat" which would serve as a massive airbag when the worldwide financial system hits the buffers.

Says that that event will occur at a time of their choosing since they hold all the (US Treasury Bond) cards but they won't be doing it till they've hoovered up enough DRK @ 0.00465 BTC.

Enjoy !!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3tPljeiT-Y

I suspect that Mr. Evans Pritchard knows rather more than he is letting on, and those rather conservative warnings he came out with should really be interpreted as, "Grab your tangible assets and get the fuck out of Dodge while you can."

Hey guys,
I am working on creating a project for darkcoin and drk only. I don't want to say too much about it in fear that someone might beat me to it. What I will say is I would like to provide and keep users of this service as private as possible. I have been toying with a few ideas on how to establish someone has sent coins via darksend. First, the layout. In lieu of a signup and info storing, mostly consists of sending coins to a generated address. A service would be preformed and if a need arises to send coins back. Since I am not taking any personal info and expect to receive coins through darksend, how may I know if person A sent coins and needs a return of coins? Normally, a check of the blockchain would suffice to find the sender's address. My thought was to have user A sign a public message with his address and post the signature along with the amount of coins he will be sending. If a returning of coins is necessary, there will be a separate page the user can go to and submit a request for reimbursement. The problem though would be the need for the user to submit their address that they sent the coins with to verify that they did indeed send them. This doesn't seem to be an appealing solution but I'm kind of unsure at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yeah and you can have the message as a priv encryption key ^with random new hash from Deanon process, so the key is sent with the coins.. the whole message goes anon too. There will only be one possible key for one address.. Can't be tracked or cracked

This sounds great! Having a little trouble following though. Is there resources or maybe break it down for this big dummy.
