I bought 1000drk yesterday... lol... didnt get around to withdraw...  Angry

For how long is Mintpal not working ?

I've just made a DRK withdrawal and it's gone through alright. The confirmation email came fairly quickly, which I wasn't really expecting.

Mintpal is working for me, but it's not very useable at the moment - lots of refreshing the page and clicking things twice. I'll wait until they've sorted things out properly before sending any funds there again.

Someone pinged every IP address in the world:

Just need to start matching Bitcoin addresses with those IP addresses......

If some guy in his bedroom can do this, what do you think the various spooks can do?

I was having terrible trouble getting any of the normal pages I use on Mintpal to refresh properly until I opened a new browser window and started fresh at www.mintpal.com (without any other previous URL auto-fill).

From there I've re-opened the DRK page and a few other coins and it all seems to be okay (haven't tried withdrawing or trading through).

So maybe a few people on here are using their shortcuts/favourites or the browser's history is filling out the address bar with a URL that's now no longer correct.

Thank you, I just went through the multiple clicking and was able to withdraw all the funds I had there, when you see the message that says they are over capacity and it looks like you were kicked out of the site, just click on one of the other tabs that nobody access like Terms and you are still in, then try again going to balances and withdrawing until you are successful. Got my funds out OK.

Frustrating as hell. I suppose there are good reasons why you can't remove a lot of funds in one go. But even moving in batches is a pain.

edit

but it does work.

Mintpal.....it's a bit clunky, but as long as the security is tight and the fees are skipped for a bit, we'll be back.

After moving some funds out of Mintpal, I moved over to Cryptsy to do the same....and while waiting, I was reading an exchange in the trollbox about DRK.  Seems like the Trolls and FUD spreaders have been doing their work on DRK

So let me get this straight.

Darkcoin's developer:

* Invented X11, which is used by countless coins now.
* Invented DWG, difficulty re-targeting which is used by countless coins now
* Re-built CoinJoin so it works
* Had his code audited by Kristov Atlas and has passed the review, so now the anon layer is being open sourced on Monday.
* Created an anoncoin coin which has a higher market cap than all the other anon coins

Yet, Darkcoin doesn't make the list?

I'll just inform the Darkcoin developer that there is no proof of his existence and Darkcoin must have just magically appeared from eBay or somewhere.
