Guys for future reference, Terzo2 and yeXIABC are bots programmed to spam different threads automatically, they just use a dictionary with crypto like phrases and post randomly.

I only wished they would do some sort of AI. It would be funny as hell to reverse social engineer them.

Whats in it for the bot operators?   I don't get how mildly antagonistic nonsense benefits anybody....

Mature accounts with a high activity level can be valuable for people wanting to launch things and I guess it costs almost nothing...

I guess its the same principle as spam.  Spam enough people, the tiny percentage who are influenced make it worthwhile.

 Damn Ripple!

So I took the day to, no matter what, get some bloody Ripple. I tried before twice and quit, too much of a hassle. But diversifying my portfolio made me go for round 3.

It has been, by far, much much harder than I ever expected. It is highly confusing. It seems you need to have Ripple first before you can buy Ripple. Ripple is supposed to be instant with inter FIAT bank transfer, but I sent some simple ripples out and its been more then 30 minutes to get them to another exchange and still nothing.

I really really dont get it.

Guys I have great info Smiley
I`ve contacted Michelle from DirectBet about the drk volume.
Here is what they responded to me Smiley

Hi splawik21,

Greetings from DirectBet.

In regards to your question on DRK volume, it's too early to make a conclusion but so far this month Darckoin betting volume passed Dogecoin and Litecoin and is second to Bitcoin !

I'm sure the Darkcoin community will love to hear that so feel free to spread the word.

By the way, we are nominated for the 2014 Bitcoin Gambling Awards.

Why the heck are you posting this here?

Sharing my experience, not spamming. There is no active conversation going on. Not interrupting anything. Not promoting anything. Relevant to Dark in some obscure way, pun intended. Sorry if you were offended.

Why the heck are you posting this here?

It is essential that people be allowed to post their experiences of other environments.

Testimonies from trusted and known members are very valuable. It's how people get to know about things and is part of general information sharing.

Although the thread's priority is dedicated to discussing DRK technical, commercial and trading issues it would be an extremely boring place if that was all people were allowed to discuss.

I would go with them, but their odds are the lowest. I compared with fiat betting sites and cloudbet, and directbet is offering the lowest odds. They need to bump up their odds in order to get little more volume.

Word of advice - get a computer (laptop) and use it for NOTHING but Wallets
ONLY attach this computer to the internet AS NEEDED

Good advice.

For those slightly less ambitious (or rich) you can get a comparable level of security by using an encrypted drive image and storing it offline in a USB drive with a backup stored in Google Drive or some equivalent online storage facility.

Or, like I said earlier, a dual boot setup with linux on an encrypted partition (coins stored here) and windows for daily use.

In summary, the Intel Management Engine and its applications are a backdoor with total access to and control over the rest of the PC. The ME is a threat to freedom, security, and privacy, and the libreboot project strongly recommends avoiding it entirely. Since recent versions of it can’t be removed, this means avoiding all recent generations of Intel hardware. details https://libreboot.org/faq.html#intelme --- https://tehnoetic.com/laptops --- https://store.vikings.net/x200-ryf-certfied
