I paid on Feb 11th (via BTC) and I haven't received payment confirmation or tracking number.

I just emailed him a few minutes ago.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

For you paypal folks. I think paypal in china is like trying to fit a golf ball through a pinhole.  Lips sealed

It is why BTC is becoming so popular in china. They over-regulate. Your money will get to jack if it hasnt already. Its just going through every fincen regulation in chinese existence first.

Jack is consistently proving himself. Give him the trust he deserves.

Two weeks and no confirmation on receiving 5500USD. My bank says it went out the same day without problems. Don't forget that AvalonShenzhen and BTMine started out on the up and up before going bad.

Edit: It seems only two members here have reported receiving paid orders. Anyone else receive their order? I was told my order would ship by last Saturday and I cannot get a real answer on if they received the USD. I do not recommend sending any money to Jack until these payment issues are resolved.

I think Jack is very very busy! I am also still waiting for confirmation.

You have to imagine that suddenly 50 people comes where have a tons of questions and make order, payment and so on. This is a lot of work!

And very inefficient work as one guy is doing all of the communication via email/pm/etc.

A decent FAQ and Standard reply to all questions would save craploads of time.

On the other hand. Having one guy handle the comm isnt a bad idea. Responses will most likely be more simular to everyone.

If he sent out emails as soon as he got the payments to confirm then he would have alot less questions now...Smiley

I sent an e-mail, and received back a message for Angela that my order (paid on feb 12 via paypal) that mine will ship tomorrow (Feb 19 their time) and get a tracking number then.

Does anyone know the shipping time to the USA?

today, shipped out many la3m. for la6m, we send 2 la3m. give one controller for free.

Is the second controller needed, or can one controller still handle 20 units?

Still waiting to receive my tracking number, looking forward to getting these!

I sent my wire 10th, still waiting for confirmation. Understand that busy times, but would be good to just confirm received payments and give estimated shipping... makes customers feel more confortable... and willing to do more business. I waited for Avalon over 3months... now waiting Bitmine which is already late many weeks... I trust this comes fast. Thank you in advance!

According to Jack, overclocking voids the warranty. I wonder if the new 5MH rate is considered "overclocking".

I paid via PayPal on the 10th and didn't receive a confirmation (other than PayPal's) that he received it either...although as instructed in his ordering e-mail, I made sure that I gave him my transaction number and everything, so he knows the payment was for my order. Based on how many people here are in the same boat and haven't gotten a tracking number or payment confirmation, I'm not too worried about it. It seems like they've got their hands full just getting everything shipped out.

I hope not. I view 5MH as the beginning not the end. Grin

Each controller can handle 20 units...so if you buy a LA6M you'll likely only get 1 controller.  Can't say for sure, cause I didn't order one...I ordered a LA3M so I will only get 1 controller.

I think Beastlymac also received the first part of the group buy order. Beastlymac will have to confirm this.

From his posts it sounds like he recieved a bulk order.

Jack was saying they were shipping two LA3M packages to those who ordered the LA6M, I wondered if the second controller was necessary but I am guessing they are just shipping that way for convenience, packing each box with an LA3M and just sending two boxes to anyone who ordered the LA6M. The controllers must not be particularly expensive.

I recall seeing somewhere on a post that the controller costs $100...so not super expensive, but not cheap either.
