Got a tracking # today...

BUT it is neither DHL Global or DHL Express. Called them and they searched for me by Name, Address, Zip code, nothing. Nada.

I received an 11 digit tracking # and DHL representative told me Express uses 10 digits, and Global uses 13.

Don't know what else to say at this point.

Should be EXPRESS. Try without last Digit or without first Digit on dhl.com.

I tried both ways, and then tried calling them. I also asked DHL rep how long it took for their system to update shipment info she responded as soon as its scanned.

have you tried removing a digit one at a time and trying all possible combinations? Grin  as much volume as they are moving, and what  sounds like chaos over there trying to process all these orders, Im sure the last thing on their mind is double checking for typing errors.

lol yes, like opening a new bank account depositing your entire live savings and being told. Guess what your bank and routing number is? Its a combination of 10 digits.

Well its running!!!
Very unstable!
reboots itself every 15min.

Seems that out of the 10, 2 never hash, Power cycle or whatever, a random 2 will not hash.

Anyone know the Skype support info for Jacks company?

Supposedly they have a new controller firmware coming that will solve some of the restarting issues, that's what I was told on Skype yesterday. I think it was supposed to be out today but the tech who is responsible was out of the office, I don't know...

I called DHL today and they said they don't have any packages showing up for my name and zipcode, so I am getting very concerned. I paid by btc on February 11 and the only communication I get from Angela is to repeatedly ask me for my postal code and telephone number... which I've provided four times already. Four days ago I received an email that said shipping would "be arranged tomorrow", but then got yet another email asking for my postal code and telephone number yesterday!?

Got the LA3M in today, but haven't had much luck getting it all setup.  Sad        I seen some people made some threads on how to get this all setup, but still a work in progress.

I seen that to upgrade the firmware you have to push that white switch on the miner, but I have the gold ones, and there is no switch!    Can someone please let me know how the "gold edition" miners can upgrade the firmware?

I also needed some help on steps after you get it all hooked up (without using a computer ,scenario 2)

after you.... connect the miners with usb & power supply
                  connected the usb-hub with controller
connect the controller with the usb power supply

what do you do then?     I seen you go to wiibox.net    but I also seen you need to find your mac address dhcp as well?  (I seen screenshots of people going to browser and imputing a IP addy but now sure where you find it.     Any steps after running wiibox.net would be greatly appreciated.  Smiley

Oh dear. She's only asked me once for my "tel and post code" so far. I paid with BTC on Feb 14.

You would have to solder or otherwise connect a couple pins inside to flash the miners themselves. My understanding is that the shipping units already have the latest firmware.

If you can understand it, there is some firmware info. But no instructions and probably not the good news you hoped for.

Good luck Andareed. The reason I went with asiabtc instead of other Gridseed resellers was because of his guarantee to ship by February 20. Unfortunately that hasn't happened, but even worse is the lack of communication.

Same situation she asked it from me once (after I asked what's going on) sent the info to her like 20 times no response. Rang DHL no packages for me.

I wouldn't complain you guys with tracking but no movement from Jack your better off than a lot of us

I'm really close to asking them to cancel the order and give me a refund. I don't think Jack/asiabtc is scamming anyone, but he and his staff are extremely disorganized. I've actually placed an order for a couple miners from zoomhash. They ship from the US (so no customs fees or risk of seizure), actually have a web store, seem more responsive, and in theory accept credit cards. They also work out cheaper because I don't need the PSU (will use an ATX PSU) or controller (will use a Raspberry Pi). We'll see if they actually ship (afaik nobody has received anything from them yet).

I feel your sentiment. Zoomhash actually sells the psu an controller at a fair enough price as well. I am feeling pretty let down over here in boston. I think we will be hashing by this time next week though. Despite all the shit weve had to deal with.

What a mess.  I sent multiple emails to Angela with my shipping info and phone number.  After filing a Paypal dispute a few days ago, I got asked my phone number.  This time I have to send the info to a different email address to Angela.  I paid on the 11th.  Jack put up that pic of the DHL van and said ALL paypal orders were shipped...such bullshit.
