This is a very interesting coin.

Anybody have stats on PMC?

How many wallets?
How many transactions per day?
What are miners earning from the transaction fees?

Should the transaction fees be changed to attract more miners?

Thanks!

You can look at http://blockchain.premineco.in/ for daily transaction and fees.

There are some users here that are running a php code to reward the miners. They send PMC to their own generating fees for miners.

Poloniex trading halted AGAIN. All coins...   sigh.

In this way many people would leave poloniex and so PMC will lost his best market(or that with more volume)

Have you seen this https://www.cryptsy.com/coinvotes/ ?

If we have to pay is better on cryptsy than mintpal imo.

Anybody here mining?

No need to share $ amount if you do not wish to, but Im interested to know what kind of fees the minders are receiving and if raising or lowering the tx fee would be something that could be changed in the future?

One vote per user? This is ridiculous. It's basically "who has the biggest wallet" contest.

Have in mind that it's marginally better right now to buy CryptsyPoints and vote with those.

Exactly. I feel the same way about it. It's really irritating actually.

I am mining, about 30Gh/s.  Have been for about 16 days and have gotten 51.7 PMC.

"Irritating" is a small word for that.

This "vote with your money" scheme has always been kind of fishy, but with, for example, Mintpal, there is still a chance of a strong community beating few rich bagholders because of renewable free votes. Also, it's sort of understandable with small exchanges, which might not generate enough revenue from transaction fees initially and need some additional backing to get things rolling.

Cryptsy, on the other hand, went with a blatant cash grab.

This has to be one of the easiest votes we can do - simple click and vote in a poll for Bter.  We currently have 5 votes, although others have a lot more they are saying they will add more than one coin, so well worth a second of your time:

CLICK, VOTE - EASY PEASY!  Grin

Also you can have 3 votes so worth asking others to vote on our behalf, along with their own choices, as we are one of the smaller communities...maybe for those that use troll boxes or are active with other coins.  :-)
