So everyone who mined at http://anomalypool.com has won, they get every Fork thats a few in the past days and (thats a lot of Coins), and the People from cga.altcoinpool.org and elsewhere can go and fuck themself? why dont kick the biggest from anomalypool? yeah right it's not bout Coin it only bout Cash, i will tend to stay away from this Coin because it's a little bit unfairer tha usual.

@brokedummy: Can you close your wallet and resync and see if there is anything lost?
@Gordon Bleu: We would've really liked to investigate the forks further, unfortunately Altcoinpool.org refused their cooperation.

I mined at least a few minutes after 7:19 but nothing received after this time. I am trying to mine something else while the diff is low but if I'm not forked I'll just leave it open. Will do more testing in a little bit.

Is the source patched to fix the block chain deletion on restart? Should I go ahead and recompile?

No, I don't think so. Hopefully some dev wakes up in the next hours.

A little bit harsh I feel, it's been bloody hard to keep track of what is going on. And especially since you said a little earlier: I might be willing to donate to a fund to help out people who solomined on a forked wallet once we get everything sorted out. Just stick around.
My personal view is it was pretty well pure luck that I was mining on anomolypool and therefore, I would certainly be prepared to donate, say 10% of my coins, IF it is possible to tell with a reasonable degree of accuracy who has missed out and by how much due to mining on a forked blockchain? Which brings me to another concern - is there an issue with in effect only one pool that is mining and so more or less 100% of the hashrate is in one place? If it is an issue and we can get another pool up we should ask people to move over. Not because anomolypool isn't and hasn't been good (it certainly has) but for the general health of the coin.

There are other pool, just take a look at the OP: http://cga.p2p.0x0a.nl:23932/static/And yes, this 100% of hashrate on one pool is an issue. But at the moment our hashrate is very small, we need to hit an exchange or do more marketing stuff to draw more people into this coin. But before this happens we need to do some bugfixes

I have more sympathy for the solominers because the bugs are causing the wallets to fork. but mining at the wrong pool when it was announced not to mine there I have less sympathy. If you mined at the right pool and it was announced that that one is good again and it forked anyway after the update I have sympathy and should be included in the fund.

Well, I think the term "premine" is missleading. Everybody had the chance to mine AND has still the chance to mine. There will be only less rewarding blocks, that's all. If the hashrate stays this low it'll also stay easy to mine CGA. To make this coin rare, we'd probably need 100 or even 1000 times more hashrate

The term "premine" definitely tends to make some folks crazy though.

Well, I think that presumes people have time to follow the thread the whole time and very likely they don't. My offer stands, if someone is able to determine who lost out and by how much, and is willing to administer some sort of compensation fund, I will donate. I think it will be good for the coin generally if we at least attempt to make good, even if it is not a full return.
