The reason why some ICO's failed, maybe the projects that might be the one who handles and promotes the tokens are also fails and it would also affects the situations of the bounty campaigns that those tokens are something having only belong on a very cheap of market price value that those people also working on the the campaign are only earn below percentage.

Some ico failed because its not good and not supported by many investors. Or the team that build the ico have no enough experience in managing an ico.

They are just failed due to inconsistency of its roadmap and lack of marketing strategies. It happens also that some projects won't contribute something into the community that will help for its development and most specifically, they are just scam project.

Some reasons why ICO projects are failing is the idea of the project itself. Bad project ideas has less chance of success. Most developers also fails to pay attention to cryptoeconomics or token demand and inflation which is a great factor.

Many ICO fail because their product marketing is not successful and there is no project development

sales that are not successful and ended up not having enough funds to be able to run the project became the reason many ICO does not succeed or fail. This is often the case and certain teams that run should be able to work much more optimally in order to produce something great and deceived investors. quite unfortunate if any ICO failed because of course already high hopes.
Teams? I think yes that teams is really important to make any ico become successfully or even failed to gain its goal. So before investing in any ico, we should know the teams whther they are good or not. Have experience or not so we can predict what will happen next in the project.

Because their tokens do not interest to buy them. When token is not much that interest and sales do not reach the sales target then the ICO will certainly fail.
Some coins failed after ICO for a lot of reasons, poor Marketing strategy, no support system, fundamentals are unstable, investors are already committed to other coins project, and a lot more other issue that may affect the level of interest of public investors. some say, if once coin survived the 18 months in the trading market, it will slowly get the movement of the market traders interest and possible investors. Not all Coins after ICO will be in the trading market in the future.

I think the most important reson is the team member behind the project. Sometimes they are not so capable to make the really good ones, and then they fail.

because of the increasing number of ICOs that have sprung up making investors prefer ICOs that are good, so most ICOs fail because investors feel the ICO does not have good potential.

The ICO failed maybe because they did not reached their softcap or their target, split of team, no real product to release and maybe scam.

Many ico fails because they just promise, but no deliverables. they just give high hopes at first but in the end, it's just hopes. people are now smarter compared last year. they now do research intensively before investing in icos.

In my opinion, some ico fail because there is a conflict of interest between the devs and the heads. In addition, the idea and competitiveness, the technology platform is not improved in terms of performance and value of use (as well as the loss of trust from investors and users), asynchronous development and marketing paths (lack of management experience).

There are many reasons. The most direct reason is that it is not favored by everyone. I think there are too many ICOs now and there are scams everywhere.

I would say if that's because they can not convince investors about the project, poor marketing, a lack of interest in cryptocurrency and competition everywhere and one more fraud in it.

They are just failed due to inconsistency of its roadmap and lack of marketing strategies. It happens also that some projects won't contribute something into the community that will help for its development and most specifically, they are just scam project. Most project do not make success because of lack in marketing strategy which make the project to jut scam and do not pay those investors. The development wont work well and no one give update to the contributors who help them to spread words about the project. Some do not what is their goal which make the roadmap inconsistent and make investors not to believe in the project anymore.

The point is there are many causes of ICO failed, mainly unbalanced sales targets with products offered, plus marketing strategies that are not on target. It could also be due to poor communication between developers and prospective customers that make potential customers are reluctant to "deposit" funds to developers. And there are many other factors.

besides that too many are just looking for a momentary profit and do not want to develop a project built so this continues to make investors are also afraid to invest

The lack of real world usage and the lack of commitment and innovation from the developers usually leads to these failures, they are just interested to collect the money and it is difficult to even know what they did with the money collected, unless there is a body to monitor these things we will have many failed projects.

Firstly, a lot of ICOs are scams and created to take investors money only. Secondly, other projects have weak team or too hard project realization. So you need to learn any ICO before money investment

Some ICO failed because they are lack of marketing strategy to convince people to believe in their project. They are lack of promotions. They didn't reached their target market and fund raising. They have only little demands on their products and compared to their competitors in the market. They didn't introduce their products very well in the market.
That's the point lack of marketing to improve their projects. Also, mostly they just wanted to collect money from investors and just to scam who invest in their project. Did not meet even the softcap during the Ico's so a lot of reasons actually that ico failed.
