Thee are a number of reasons as to why ICOs fail, the main reasons however are poor projects, low quality products and poor project plans, if an ICO have these qualities then there are chances that the ICO will fail, the product an ICO offers to the market is one of the most important factors that are considered, If the product is of low quality or is not needed then then it will just fade off as there will be use for it, IF planning processes not as detailed and the road map is not clear too, then there will be nowhere the ICO will be head to

Exactly, some ICO failed because of not meeting the demand of their products or the platform itself, By not completing it like what it said in the roadmap, some of them are also impossible to execute, I think that is one of the reason why some ICO is failing in its process, also because of lacking some investors support is also a great factor for an ICO.

Most of the ICO that I've looked into seem to have an idea that sound unique and interesting, but that really solves nothing.
yes there are many ICOs that did not meet their target capacity to be raised during the campaign thats the reason they are failed to become a currency.

Because there are simply too many of them. It's hard for them to get a following when if there were less, more eyes would be on them and their potential.

You should search for a good interesting project that is trustworthy enough to return your money and simultaneously have an interesting concept. In the result, you will earn money and, moreover, support the implementation of a good idea. As I can consider myself as an expert in ICOs field and investment, so I can give you some advice. You need to choose it really careful and study all about ICO project which you want to invest in. For example, an experience of a team, a value of the project, uniqueness and then read some comments about it. If you need my recommendation, Kelvin Blockchain

They cannot reach the cap that they are targeting, it because the team work not as hard as it needed, the project ideas are not interesting and marketing are not good enough.

Some projects are scam at very beginning and very often it is obvious that they are fake. We should educate ourselves to identify such projects. Here is good article on the topic, it might be helpful: https://icoguide.com/en/blog/choosing-an-ico-common-pitfalls-of-scam-icos

Many reasons underlie ICO failures. I think have not been maximized marketing the projects, developers are less responsive to potential investors and others.

Some ICOs may be failed because of some factors. The ICO is failed when they cannot reach their own softcap in the token sale and other stage. Commonly they will stop the project. The factors may be because of the similar concept of the project, lack of promotion, less community, and also the price and token allocation of the ICO project.

They will got failed if they are not interesting, the marketing team couldn't raise and promote very well. Maybe some of them are real scams, that is why they are failing.

Not every ICO started because they want to complete something, there are many of them who solely want to earn money from ICO.

have being studying some ico this year they are failing , what are the causes of there failure
I think the reason why some ICOs are failing because they do not have good and promising project to everybody that is why there are no investors who would like to join. Many investors are so picky in ICOs, so if they want for investors to join they should have prpmising projects and useful projects to everybody.
I also notice that many ico failed and the reason is the ico has not enough to make people interest to the project.
In other side, there are so many ico launch in the same time also become the reason of the failed ico. I think there are other reasons why.

Let's tell the truth-many projects end because their organizers are liars and scammers. The same reasons are poor projects, poor product quality and poor project plans. It is because of several reasons, which includes all of the above they were unable to reach the target market.

Contributing Factors:
1.The Market
2. Stiff Competition.
3. Regulation and global markets.
4. Sale structure & broken, vague promises.
5. Scams in the telegram chat room, communication problems.

sales that are not successful and ended up not having enough funds to be able to run the project became the reason many ICO does not succeed or fail. This is often the case and certain teams that run should be able to work much more optimally in order to produce something great and deceived investors. quite unfortunate if any ICO failed because of course already high hopes.

ICOs fail because they are well designed scams. Most of the ICOs out there don't really have a real life project and are just designed to take your money. Thats why you can even see professional ICO developers out there. They make ICO after ICO and keep taking people's money.

I would only invest in big projects like Bitcoin or Ethereum.
