In my opinion, there are too many ICO projects in the market, which has led many investors to participate in ICO cautiously. And the market is not in a stable state at the moment.

There is not much capital in the market. Investors in the secondary market are unwilling to continue to buy encryption, resulting in most ico below the issuing price.

In this year 2018 is the really worst for ICO project i have seen ever. Most of the ICO are going to randomly scam. Last year was golden era of ICO Project even Of the 100, there would be only 2-3 scams. And this year I've invested 4 projects, three scams it's highly disappointing matter.

There are a great deal of reasons why it never succeeded. Yet, the primary concern is that the undertakings are inadequately occupied with showcasing. Since here and there it happens that awful ventures can raise assets, and great undertaking - no, and every one of the reasons in advertising

have being studying some ico this year they are failing , what are the causes of there failure

as far as I know, if the failure is due to the sales target is too high, the vision and mission of the project is less attractive so that the investor is less interested but there is also a project with a vision and mission that is interesting but fails because fewer promotion.dan also have a team that is less solid.so people are hesitant to invest in it.

Some ico failed cause of some factors. In my opinion the factors are:
1. Selling target over high price
As we know, all project want to their token/coin highprice for high profit. Bu it doesn't easy to do. Need good strategy, workteam, and little lucky.
2. Purpose (vision and mission) of project doesn't interesting.
Of course, if you want create a project the first you need is purpose. Some ico don't talking their best purpose. So the ico failed.
3. Developer team
Good developer team can define the investor to interesting the project.
4. Imitating other project ico
The good project will to be an inspiration. But if we very imitate, it can make the failed of ico.
5. Etc

Thanks

Because most of ICO around are bunch of scams and really don't have plans to develop the project. Common reasons why some failed are poor marketing, people don't have interest on what they offer.

There are several reasons why one ICO tends to failed and become unsuccessful as their project goes along. One major reason base on what I have seen to several ICO is that there is no investors and participants who participate their ICO that why it fails. Another reason is that it tends to become scam ICO as it goes along that why many investors become afraid to participate and invest on it so it also failed.

Some ICO will failed due to the lacked of promotions and advertisements where the probability to collect funds for the development is only low. And also, the fact that the social medias now are banning crypto advertising.

most ICOs held by various developers in the world have failed. Statistics from Tokentops reveal, 99% of ICO has become SCAM and confirmed failed. Even if we visit the Coinmarketcap site, there are about 1,540 coins that have been created and marketed in the market, but more than 50% of them have market valuations of less than 1 million USD. That is, the adoption that occurs on the coins can be said to fail.
The main reason behind the phenomenon can be traced back to the lack of awareness of the developers or entrepreneurs will be three pillars that must have a Token:
Cryptoeconomics or Cryptoechonomy, Utilities, Security.
Without an understanding of the three components, a Token would be difficult to compete with thousands of other coins.

Not some ICo but majority of ICO project base on my experience. Fist they have no concrete plan on how to sustain the project and no clear direction. There is no actual projects sometimes and relies only on pump on dump on the exchanges. We want a true ICO wherein they have a good product to lunch for them to have profit and buy backs on market if ever. Which means money really  comes in to the project.

There are a wide range of conditions, numerous individuals basically quit having confidence in digital forms of money, since they all the time fell into the trick and after that activities can't fund-raise for the task, and in different cases, it is a normal trick that is extremely all around arranged today.

it seems in my experience why ico often fail maybe it happened because ico it does not have a good marketing strategy that makes ico it to fail and you should be wary of ico like that, at least they make bounty campaign for one of their marketing strategy .

ICOs are often shut down due to a poor marketing plan, an unexceptional concept, and an ill-written project strategy.

It's very simple question. Many ICO fail because they can not reach their target. And some ICO come for spamming

Most ICO does not have actual projects being implemented. Many projects are just a vision of the future. If there is no strong financial support and community support, such projects will soon disappear.

I think it is very reasonable. Moreover, nowadays many new ICO projects are popping up. As for the number of investors might just stay the same or even decreased. So of course a lot of the ICO project lack of investors, and failing.
