That's from CloudFlare regarding where the website is hosted. I doubt Scamtos' identity will be revealed but they can damn sure shut his website off. PhoenixNAP is a very real data center in Phoenix, AZ.

... or it's just the next step in the chain. It's possible he just uses a VPS at PhoenixNAP to bounce requests from CloudFlare to the server hosting his site - or to the next step in the chain.

Good point. Still seems like an amateur move to involve anything based in the US since they're so quick to shut down stuff like this.

The Scrypt.cc domain is registered through eNom, from Kirkland, WA via Namecheap, in California. Further research reveals that the host is PhoenixNAP, a very popular datacenter in Arizona. Anyone with a few minutes should be able to corroborate this. If you're looking to have the scam shut down, PhoenixNAP, NameCheap, and CloudFlare are your best bets.

Why would he be hosting out the USA if he has a data center in brazil sorry 2 data centres with network connections and a fresh electricity contract with cheaper power prices than Washington State. My guess he doesn't even live in brazil.

If his site is the same as most of the other ponzi i have seen you just have to work out what he has called his admin page.

This thread is so hilarious, why would one invest in a site, which constantly has problems, doesn't show neither an imprint or a company (which would both be mandatory in my country). There is no Terms of Use, the Forums link is dead for ages, users get locked out of their account, no Two Factor Authorization, No contact address, not even an e-mail address, just a ticket system, where tickets disappear for some reason, no proof of mining, AutoInvest is turned on automagically, withdraws are like international shipping, some WDs are lost occasionally, some take for ages, hot-wallets are cold, what the heck...

Why do people keep investing, there is no point of trusting SCC anymore, it is like burning money.

Just before the hackers attacked, I deposited 0.03, that has now devaluated to 0.003, I still wait for ROI, maybe I will reach it, in a couple of years. SCC seems immortal, the first sustainable Ponzi.

He told me.......

I like the one with the umbrella, is she the one that deals with the short cuts on scrypt? Or is this the beach version.

The game is not over ! Next Game Level is:
  • The minimum price will be set to 0.0000001 BTC/KHS;
  • Some of you will sell KHS at this price;
  • scrypt.cc will receive big new deposits
  • Smiley Smiley Smiley

scrypt.cc really have no plan of paying if auto-invest is active
your earned BTC from rewards will be wiped out and new KHS will be added to you
even if you sell KHS, who will buy?
game over i think for scrypt.cc

People have been and should continue to report this as a known Ponzi scheme to abuseteam@phoenixnap.com

PhoenixNAP is a known point in the infrastructure of ScryptCC.

1. If you directly link to the image, like with Imgur for example, you can embed it in your post.

2. That's the idea, genius. Do you think the fraud should be allowed to continue so you have some infinitesimal chance of recovering some funds?

lol, you should use direct link with the image tags instead of just posting the link to the picture. When you upload pictures with postimg.org, as long it's under 1024 X 768 there will be an option that says "direct link", copy to clipboard and then paste it into your message, highlight it and then click on that little photo icon to wrap it in img tags to embed it.
