Okay, let's say it other:

It is Scam. But you have no chance to prove it.
No court in the world will judge him.

Everybody has read the TOS.
especially "LIMITATION OF LIABILITY"
and "All services are provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied."

Everyone knew the risk.

I bet Marcelo is really happy with you perpetrating this tale and justifying the scam. TOS is not the law. Defrauding people - whether that's in Brazil or on the interwebs - is a crime. You discouraging people from treating it as such is making you complicit, so make sure to hide really well behind that anonymous forum nickname. It might get really embarrassing one day if you slip up and connect to Bitcointalk without Tor/VPN.
Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.

I registered there last November but soon forgot about it. Didn,t like the price, payout stank, trollbox morale seemed low. Then last April I needed to park a few bitcoins earned from a few scams which fortunately gave up the ghost after I got in the black. So for some reason this thing turned up. Believe me, I bought the story hook line and sinker. But still I stuck to the usual MO, just put in what would constitute an inconsequential loss.

It went swimmingly well at first, I was reinvesting like crazy at 1.5% or more per day which compounded very handsomely and the cost average per khs dropped fast. After two months or so I could have cashed out at roi plus 20% but no I had to have more. Even though the next cluster€$#@ seemed just a matter of time. And so it went. I had plenty of opportunities to bail but didn,t do it. Until the %€$#@& cut the reward after promising to hike it. That finally broke the camel,s back and I bailed with measly 25% profit on my input. Still better than being in the red and it was fun while the going was good, trading and trollbox and all that. That,s worth something.

Good luck, galdur

This assumes scamtos IS indeed located in Brazil.

Indeed. He always seemed a little too American to me. His trollbox story was that his parents had worked in the U.S. and he had been brought up there, which would explain his seemingly perfect American English. He did use Portuguese as fluently so there might be truth to that. But I doubt it about as much as that liver transplant thing and other tales of his. Great conman to be able to hold up a consistent act for over a year but as soon as the audience started ballooning what 4-5 months ago it became much more difficult. And it soon began to fall apart gradually. I suspect that it,s an organized crime thing so much about it smells like the mobs,s penny stock scams. If so, he is probably long gone and some other soldier is left to wind it up. The mob out of Miami is my bet.

I do have a business friend who lives in Portugal but speaks very near perfect Portuguese, English, and SPanish and does a lot of business in Brazil.

I hadn't thought about the Scamtos connection to America or similar.

But yes you are right, fucking good conman. Conman out of our fucking $$$  Angry

Well, he did talk a lot about Florida. And seemed to plan on moving there after hitting the big with the mining, Mac franchise, the friggin cow farm which are the enterprises I remember him mentioning. Quite the businessman, we ate it all out of his palm there in the trollbox. Yeah, I think he,s American or hired and trained by Americans. Americans are of course best (and worst) at pretty much everything, confidence games certainly included.

I see they are starting to communicate again which is kind of a good sign I guess but, I'm still waiting to recover my account. I really need to get into it since I have been locked out of it.

No, "they" are not. Unless you count unfulfilled promises ("withdrawals will be processed in 48 hours") or unannounced changes (37 MHS removed from accounts) as "communication".

The hash is up substantially which could mean some new production there at the IRC channel. Tentatively upgrading it from pocket lint to almost chicken feed. Buyer beware.

P.S. On closer inspection forget it. The buy book is a wasteland. It,s the same old game, pump then wait for someone to dump into your low waiting buys. Not much changing hands it seems. It,s the walking dead.

At this point I'm wondering if the motivation to continue it, beyond the obvious "get more BTC in Marcelo's pocket," is to see if they can create a Ponzi with more steps/changes/etc. than the Gaw saga. ScamCC's done with with less glitz and glamour but:

1. 6 months of site outage; comes back, people invest
2. Site down for days due to "power contract," comes back, people invest more
3. Site is hacked; rewards and price tank, promises to recover are made, people continue to invest
4. Accounts are hacked
5. Withdrawals become more and more sporadic
6. KHS is removed from accounts
7. Withdrawals are mysteriously cancelled without being processed or BTC returned to accounts
8. Auto-invest is forced to On for most if not all accounts, robbing investors of remaining BTC and forcing them to re-buy KHS which was stolen from them
9. KHS is converted to MHS. Aside from being immediately devalued by an enormous factor, the rounding method involved was certainly in favor of Marcelo.

Certainly not your typical Ponzi. Even I'm shocked it's lasted this long.

It,s a faith based confidence game in other words a kind of cult. Of course for some the faith is entirely forced by now, they are that seriously down. The guy has milked at least 2-3 million dollars out of this mess. I,m sure that this estimate looks conservative if anything to those who are well familiar with what has been going on for the last months at least. Unless you were active in the trollbox there you don,t really know anything about individuals and their holdings. And much other stuff which almost nobody will mention here.

How much did you lose anyway?

Ask the "boss".

How many of these guys are squeezed into that Miami motel room, with the server running on a mobile hotspot? Hopefully all that ballsweat stank is worth it for the  underlings.

It tends to be the people with the least skin in the game that cry the loudest. Based on your comments I'm guessing, say, about a bag of chips.

Folks, this Ibian c**t has to be TheCleanGame from IRC and Trollbox of olde .. just FYI.  Def speaking the same c**tunese.

Wants you to walk away saying, ".. I'm such an idiot.. oh well, better luck next time..."  Well I have news for you f***er - some of us have skills and resources, and plans - we're coming for your pimp, G.

What am I saying?  Even if he doesn't work for Marshmellow Sandwich he won't deny it .. he's been claiming to have worked for him in the past - it's the only reason anyone gives a shit what he says.  Hurry, fake another appearance of SantosM in IRC .. great time for another bullshit distraction .. make yourself feel special. Yes TCleanerG, find that guy and you,ll get closer to Admin. Also Lordsz which disappeared a while ago I think. In the TB he was great buddies with Admin and regularly on Skype, claimed to have a pic of the happy family et cetera. How much of all that is real is anybody,s guess though. But these were happy fellas and under the influence often there in the cheerful trollbox yet never seemed off script. So that,s something. But I,m not so sure that he was directly involved with the actual game. More like a useful idiot, useful as in selling the story to more  idiots like myself and others. And he was big on trading so a steady supply of new idiots in that was great for him. He seemed to disclose too much of himself for a deliberate scammer, gave the link of some crypto exchange that he runs and which I never visited and forgot the name of pretty much right away. But someone remembers that for sure.

I believe he said he got paid for "helping Admin set up a miner" in the early days, but as soon as he started trumpeting his association, like the wannabe punk he is, "Admin" distanced himself, knowing that big-mouthed, dope-smoking flakes like TCG, get people busted.  Grin  Since then, he's been trying to sell people on his "special status" and has managed to get himself a few cult members to run that ridiculous IRC channel.  It's like 100 silent members, afraid to speak their minds, just hoping to get some news, and 5 or 6 cockknockers playing with a trivia bot or some such shit.   They say "Admin's" last appearance was in IRC .. I say BULLSHIT! An absolute and obvious fake - this is what over-confident fools try to do. "Admin" is too smart to go there - if he wanted to 'chat' he'd do it on his own turf, the site's Trollbox.

I do feel a little bad for him though .. I am pretty sure he's a 5' little fattie, that smells really bad - despite all his preaching about blood-type-friendly foods, I think he's got a chronic case of giant asshole, or something else that has killed his chances of getting laid - which explains the way he behaves.
