It would help to know what exactly it is that you're "counting". Those are clearly not scrypt.cc numbers because you didn't include regular reward "halving" into your calculation, not to mention withdrawal throttling, auto-reinvest, etc.

"regular reward having" is that the admin every week cut the reward you earn every 10 minutes from your Mhs.....

I have had a small withdrawal in "ETA:20min" mode since 2015-10-23 09:13:21

People get only 66.6% of rewards daily , 33.3 % are skipped.
There should be 144 rewards daily and you get only 96 of them.You can see all rewards on dashboard but your balance does not change.
Write down your balance on full hour and check how much you received hour later simple.

Graphs and calculator shows 248 satoshi / mhs, but there are actually only 165 satoshi / mhs.
