1. Investor fraud began immediately when Marcelo advertised he was selling shares on a mining farm when no mining was taken place. This is investor fraud by US law and likely in other jurisdictions. From the front page of ScryptCC as of 9/2/1025:

2. The 850 Gh/s claimed which is now closer to 6000 Gh/s, cannot be accounted for on any Scrypt coin network and coin liquidity analysis on exchanges does not show volume sufficient to exchange enough Scrypt coins to support Bitcoin payouts on this site:

3. Rewards have steadily diminished now for months, despite significant improvements in Scrypt mining conditions. This resulted in a price drop and extended many people's ROI into neverland. Same here. I initiated a 0.55 BTC withdrawal, after losing about 3 BTC due to KHS price drop, back on 9/28. And it still says that it's in queue and will be processed within 20 mins...

I was a newbie when I invested in this scam. I should have listened to warnings, but didn't know better.

Oh and I should have broke my withdrawals into less than 0.05 portions... Should have should have should have.

I definitely learned my lessons:

1) Don't trust cloud mining unless it belongs to a manufacturer like Bitmain or Spondoolies.
2) if something looks too good to be true and it probably is, avoid it because it is.
3) use more critical thinking when it comes to investments in general.

If anyone has a list of victims to file a law suit in the USA, Greece or Jordan (citizen of these countries), please sign me up and/or tell me how I can help.
