TO The MOD!!!!!!! People are strange creatures only Fud is allowed here !! lol Bullshit is where you find ants there,
you think you know everything lol!!

SCRYPT.CC I stll Believe in YOU Smiley

Problem #1, the mods are mainly here to keep things on-topic, not evaluate whether something is a scam or stop perceived "FUD." Hence the debate between those who can see clearly and those who would rather have unjustified faith in a known Ponzi.

Problem #2, is that Facts != FUD. The things you're decrying as FUD would only be FUD if they weren't backed by cold, hard facts: hashrate analysis, coin liquidity statistics, patterns of reward drops, account hacks, and forced auto-invest...

You can certainly choose to still believe in ScryptCC, and while you're an idiot for doing so, it's your right. But don't expect the mods to filter out comments you don't like, and you'd be wise to not ignore factual information about your investments when it's presented to you.

Anyone remember Ugly Old Goat in chat?  Whatever happened to him? I remember something about him disappearing and saying that Marcelo usually handles these problems better than what he's doing now. Wasn't he supposed to be one of the big investors in SCC? I wonder if He's even posted in this thread yet?

Hi,

I invested in scrypt.cc a long time ago, I now want to withdraw my 0.4 BTC since I read the scam warnings, I put in a withdrawal request over 2 days ago now which said it should take 20 minutes, I have also sent a support request, I have had no withdrawal or contact.

Do you think I may have lost my BTC this time or are small withdrawals still happening?

Yup you have, let it be a lesson for you to never invest in cloud mining services again, however trustful they seem to be. Caveat Emptor

It's likely lost. If the withdrawal gets cancelled and returned to your account you can try small withdrawals (0.0x BTC) and some might get through.

Try to withdraw smaller amounts under 0.05 and make 1 by 1 multiple withdraws get canceled.
Sure hope you get some of your money back.

PSA: Scrypt.cc is guilty of Fraudulent Misrepresentation, a crime in every financial jurisdiction in the world. Anyone who has lost money buying or selling their fictitious 'KHS'/'MHS' token is legally entitled to recover their funds back in full.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/fraudulent_misrepresentation
Quote
Fraudulent Misreprentation
Under contract law, a plaintiff can recover against a defendant on the grounds of fraudulent misrepresentation if (1) a representation was made; (2) that was false; (3) that when made, the representation was known to be false or made recklessly without knowledge of its truth; (4) that it was made with the intention that the plaintiff rely on it; (5) that the plaintiff did rely on it; and (6) that the plaintiff suffered damages as a result.

PSA: scrypt.cc is a scam, most likely of the "ponzi" variety. You will lose your money if you try to "invest" or "play" or whatever you want to call your participation in this shitshow. You've been warned.

Sad to see this turn into another rotten scam. One lesson learned though, never ever invest in dodgyany cloud mining sites.

Yeah, I had high hopes for cloud mining but it seems that they're all ponzis/HYIPs. Are there any that offer proof of mining? Better still, are there any where hash power can be traded on external exchanges? (I kinda thought that cex.io was going to do that - allow trading of hash power from other cloud mining sites - but it didn't, is that correct?)
The only one not lying, stealing, or cheating is https://www.hashnest.com/

I remember UOG. He was one of the regulars, too. I also noticed that as soon as he withdrew, and said his goodbyes, the KHS prices dropped and almost immediately things started going crazy... Supposed chat box hack, Skype offer (that when I reported many started accusing me and another guy of scamming), disappearance of Admin (Marcelo or whatever the f his real name is), KHS split...
In fact I've been curious and I even jokingly asked UOG while he was selling his last KHS whether he had some inside info... But he kept saying that he rhought there was something wrong because there were some kind of trading lags that he didn't like and that he got tired of dealing with issues...

I wonder...

my last 2 withdraws (0.049 BTC) are "in conflict".
So they are NOT processed.

it is not a proof for it is not a scam .it is because the site just wants to seem working but has some technical difficulties or else in order to get the investments going on or money coming in like bitcoincloudservices.bitcoincloudservices has not been paying for 3 months but its site is still active and some nonthinking people sending money still
