I currently holding eth and some Altcoins that I think will grow in the coming months if the market will increase their value. And I think holding many currency is a great strategy to make a better earnings, when the other currency that I'm holding is not growing it's value the other one should really makes it's growth.

If I'm not mistaken ethereum is altcoin.
There are huge numbers of altcoins in nowadays that sometimes mislead us due to scam projects. Unnoticed scammers could hide their bad intention just to scam the people. So still be careful of investing in altcoins because scam ICOs now is very rampant. Good luck and take care us all

I like, how you asked about 'ether' rather than 'ethereum' because many do that without realizing that they can't trade 'ethereum' as it's platform and not a currency.

At the moment all alts are struggling to give a stable outlook so ethereum looks better choice but the only attraction in alts is that during their season gains are seriously high like in the previous alts season the prices sky rocketed that is why people are always attracted towards alts for huge gains but at the moment it looks like it will take time.
right, alt provides more attraction and something that makes us believe that they can provide tremendous increase and development than ether. |

If we choose a currency to hold, we will definitely choose Ether. Because they seem to be much higher than Altcoin and are good for the moment. But if it is money we buy, I decided to buy it as Altcoin, now they are very cheap, and in the future it can be said to be very good to be rich   |

what's the difference between ethereum and altcoin? ethereum also includes altcoin. no one invests in crypto that has no risk, certainly all have risks. as a smart trader must be able to avoid these risks well. indeed holding back can be profitable but it can also be risky if the price doesn't improve. a merchant knows the right time to let him go and hold him back. |

I think altcoins can give you more quick profits, but in the long run Bitcoin will be much better.

Don't be very confident mate that you can get profit if you are holding Altcoins because risky is always in our side,so I would choose to hold is ether because even if its price drop I still do not lose my trust with this token and it is very useful if you see a potential Altcoins you can use it to buy the potential Altcoins you believe. |

Holding Ethereum is a safer way more than hold the other altcoins. But I'm holding a small part of the money that I have, especially from the coins in Top50. Because I think we can make more profit that in Top50 coins more than Ethereum. But it is a more risky way. So in order not to be too risky, I take only a small amount of altcoin and I keep waiting.

It is not certain that ETH will always increase after each year. Look at 2019, January 2018 ETH is worth more than $ 1000 and now ETH is just over $ 100 so you can't confirm it, for me ETH is a great altcoin and worth investing but It is still quite dangerous compared to bitcoin |
