The guy/group is probably trying to load more up at 1 sat
I mean..1 sat is a pretty sexy price..

Or he's just buying up everything being dumped at 1 satoshi and then turning around and placing it in the wall at 2.   It will now take 140 BTC just to get KARM back to 6 satoshis....unless for some reason those walls get pulled.

if market decide to buy karmacoin, 140btc is nothing. They will regret to sell so low. Everyone who buy at 1 sat will place it back at 2. I think it is not worth to mine and sell for 1-2 satoshi.

Bter seems to add currencies at their whim. A voting system would be interested. (But I think messaging them by QQ is more effective, from what I hear)

I hope that we get a new logo before we get an influx of new members/users.

I was saw on twitter that someone talk about karma, blaming it's logo changing.
and the block reward changed but the source code doesn't changed. he shown the github website,too.

Unfortunately, we are probably very un-ready to be covered by the news. I'll post something in a bit explaining why.

I think if we're serious about getting media exposure we have to give serious consideration to what that might entail.

It may or may not turn out to be a big story for us. But the important question is, What if it is a big story? Are we ready?

Before any news story about Karmacoin we must make sure we have our best face on. This means:

-Is the website easy to use for newcomers?
-Do we have a media kit?
-Do we have a clear statement on the website?
-Do we have a logo?
-Do we have a PR person ready to make their name public as a point of contact? with a phone number?
-etc etc

There are dozens of unanswered questions right now. While it's great to get into the press, we won't get too many chance to make a first impression.

As I can see it's "full steam ahead" nonetheless, here's what I think we need to do within the next 24 hours, in no order of importance:

1) Put together a press release (with media contact at bottom).
2) Polish the website and make it clear and easy to understand for new visitors who know nothing about Karmacoin
3) Choose a logo with wide appeal (even if not final)
4) Decide on a mission statement (I've made a post to the karmacoin project subreddit. If you've access please read the stickied document)

Yes.. 24 hours. It appears that we've already contacted the press and could have some degree of exposure within the next few days. We don't know if/when, but we should at least be prepared. You've seen how a community could explode with interest overnight (Dogecoin). We're not quite that organized yet but I hope that we can be soon.

I still think it's very premature but if we're serious about it, then we need to be serious about the potential consequences and act now.

I am listening.   Just so you know, there is no selfish intent on my part.  Theoretically it would be a lot more simple to write a check and mail it to them.

I intend to raise up to 35M Karmacoins. 
I am hopeful that our community sees this project as a pathfinder as to how each and every one of us can drive the community to Do Good. 
There is no limit on what we can do - To Saturn and Beyond! 
I will match the donations 4:1.  I am hoping others will match as well. 
I intend to convert the KARM to BTC and BTC to USD and give them a check once we hit our goal - $200 USD.
