 i beg to differ. doge has a huge community. They just need to really unite. Their number is scary and an idol to me , on how big it spread. next to litecoin and bitcoin.

unfortunately they had wolong hype that coins too much too fast. At its peak and constant mining, doge community needed 1.5 millions dollar investment every day. it will go to many more ups and downs before it stabilizes and finds its sweet spot.

Since then I started with usb miners, now sold. I then got a ASICBlade, still have it (sentimental reasons), I now have 2 KNCMiner Mercury's, and about to buy a Jupiter or two.

I then learnt about GPU bios's, then CGMiner Bios's, now I have built my own Scrypt miner with 10x 7970's.

the only way people will have more confidence in the project is if they can see progress..
therefore it is pointless to argue and speculate about the price and the manipulation that is going on.
it is far more productive to think about what each of us can do to bring value to KarmaCoin and prepare it for wider adoption.

contrary to what amateurish miners may think.. THEY do not control the price of any coin.. it is in fact the coins price that controls them.
they are simply the producers/suppliers of a product (in this case a crypto-coin).. and what good is supply without demand?

demand is what we should all turn our attention to because it is what will drive future value of all of us.
demand of course is driven by many factors. some of which we can control and some of which we cannot.

things we can control are...

adoption - making the coin easier to use.
trust - making sure that we (the community) do not involve ourselves in any shady operations like pump and dumps/scams/thefts/fraud etc.
perception - spreading that feelgood factor and making people feel more comfortable with the idea of generating wealth through giving and rewarding good works.
recognition - reaching out to wider audiences through various types of media.

things we cannot control are...

market trends - in this case the market is altcoin currently trending down for the more risky coins.
manipulation - people bashing, pumping, dumping and otherwise pushing their own agenda.
regulation - inevitably this will happen its just a matter of time.

I would suggest worrying about what we can control and not worrying about the things we cant...

Best way for anyone right now to help the future of this coinsis to give out free coins via giveaways and make sure you have people registered in one of the karmacoin media sites. That way we can update them and communicate with them. this helps with gettign more people involved and creating more wallets for distribution.

as it was mentioned before. we are working hard to set a useful and informant website. working on making the mining even more fairer. We also want to figure out the best way to make this coin less appealing to big pools. They are they ones that pull all the coins price down. The moment we are going to get a momentum , we will see a hash power 10x bigger. We need to be prepared so the blow will not be 10x stronger.

i know right now this is cheesy, but we believe in a bigger picture. We believe that there will be markets for fast and easy online payments. soon the crypto currencies will be more adopted to more mainstream market. We are going to fight hard to have out spot once all the coins are in the sunlight.

We see the necessity to use such currency to reward those who do good.

a simple example.

Say some one help a person in need and lost valuable. Say his cell phone. Or some one volunteers with elders or helps the earth be a better place. With in few minutes, we can show them some appreciations.

Maybe to you $1 does not have value. but in other countries that is a good chunk of change. If 100 people donate $1 worth of karmacoin, that sum now is pretty exciting and will be appreciated. And by the time we start doing this karmacoins will be higher in price and it will cost you few coins. This will also be appealing to you as a coin holder. you are only giving away few coins while helping so much . Soon, we will have a network of people donating around.

ok that is a semi valid point.. technically that is not the BTC price going below 1 Satoshi though, that is delisting the stock and relisting it in another currency.

the commissions the exchange are getting would no longer be in BTC and as others have pointed out.. because of the healthy volume, it is unlikely that any exchange would delist Karma.
All that would do is result in less commissions for them.

Firstly I only started at xmas time not knowing SFA about mining.
Since then I started with usb miners, now sold. I then got a ASICBlade, still have it (sentimental reasons), I now have 2 KNCMiner Mercury's, and about to buy a Jupiter or two.
I have had many 30+ hrs awake, reading, configuring, learning.
I then learnt about GPU bios's, then CGMiner Bios's, now I have built my own Scrypt miner with 10x 7970's.
Please don't fkn make out I know nothing! I bet you all my miners I would outsmart u in a minute!

Almost 35 billion Karma coins already mined. I believe most of 35 billion Karma coins were mined by Multipools and their only objective is to dump it asap for BTC. There are several alt-coins which are profitable to mine and dump even at 1 or 2 satoshi due to their mining difficulty level or by identifying specific blocks with high rewards. Multipools are raping alt-coins again and again. Only resistance is a strong community and new buyers buying the dump from multipools. Karma's bag holders are contributing and things are going in right way. If you are expecting short term gain, then you should just mine hype coins and dump it asap for BTC.

It's not a semi valid point it's a 100% valid point. Satoshi is the lowest denomination of BTC, it has nothing to do with how exchanges coding works.

Listing in litecoin is essentially allow to divide further.  ie, 20litoshi is roughly .5 satoshi.  So no, 1 satoshi isn't the floor.

Furthermore what you see here with those huge sell walls is a by product of high coin supply. People forget that in trading, numbered values mean nothing, what is relevant is %. So you have a spread of 100%. It's like saying in forex you could only buy or sell at 1$ and 2$, obviously you are gonna have huge walls, you are talking about doubling the value with the spread.

Having a litecoin market would actually be beneficial. People see going to litecoin market as a failure, but it's nowhere near that. Having Having a litecoin market would mean you can trade at 45litoshi, or 47, or 68, or 250. It makes for healthier spreads which removes the incentive of buying at floor and selling at ceiling.

so, I have made 4 million  in crypto starting with 500$, have known about mining since day 1 and everything you talk about recently learning, I've mastered for several years. Most of the coins , beyond January doge madness had a meaning. bitcoin community would crush them to pieces if some one just made a coin blatantly. New user name, premine ? silly info?  they would kill them down. But ever since bitcoin blew up so much,  it brought in thousands of new people, like you and me. All of the sudden everyone want to be a millionaire. un-edducated and anxious, they started to mine scrypt coins. not litecoin, because that too was late, but started to mine the coins that others wouldn't dare. Dimecoin , billioncoin , llotocoin , dogecoin, world coin earth coin , coinyewestcoin , etoke , 42 . At first it was silly to mine them and people were warning us to not waste hashrate. then doge phenomenon blew. then all of the sudden there was people investing in all these coins. all of the sudden , every coin was profitable. all of the sudden who cared what the coin represented, it would most likely have at least 5 btc buy order once it hits the exchange. (remember the days with out cryptrush , mintpal ,coinmarket ,swiss )
all of the sudden those who laughed , stoped and quickly focused their mines in the new coins. Remember the hype of coinyewestcoin? nothing was sacred anymore. Premines become a standard. and those who had doubt , lost their doubt when earthcoin went and blew up the exchanges.
all of the sudden, the community lowered their expectation. Premine was okay ,but you know.. as long as they put a one line sentence that they promise to use for "helping" the coin. New account with no info on the devs are standard now. bad lunches are Okay now. no wallets are an okay lunch now. because no one cares. no one bothers anymore because everything is a ponzi scheme. its all an effort of who can mine most and who can be first to dump in the exchanges. Nothings is sacred any more ,except the hustle to make that quick money. that is why IPOs are a thing now. Well, hopefully dying.

Dogecoin shook the foundation of litecoin community. litecoiners, who sit there mining litecoin for a month , are making less then a doge miner did with in a day.We all saw how fast they jumped ships. we all saw how almost 1/3 of litecoin hashing went to mine dogecoin. 

But if you look closely. only coins that have a meaning will survive. You can read past all the rubbish and find the real coins. coins with a working dev team and a community helping out, but most of all you can see their purpose.
