I mean, look at Leicester today haha. I of course want Liverpool to sneak in but we'll need to win every game left and need others above us to slip up. Chelsea will of course be expected to qualify naturally, but the final is their last chance saloon should their league campaign somehow fail.

For Chelsea being in the top four is much easier now. Liverpool's match is coming next and I hope we do not slip today.

Leeds won against Tottenham and Chelsea against City.These were some unexpected result but a fun fact is that City against Chelsea will also be the final of the Champions League this year so it will be interesting to see how it goes there,personally I believe it will go differently in the Champions final.

I was thinking the same but then you have to understand that today City were not playing much seriously. They already had the tile title secured so saving the energy for CL final is what their goal is. I am sure we will see a different City in CL final.

Chelsea had a great go today and fortunately they were able to get the full three points and for them the top four is secure. After today's match I do not think they will slip against Arsenal, Leicester and Villa.

I managed to get points only from Crystal Palace today.

For me, it's the same and I am lucky that I had full three points from that match. Honesty speaking the rest of the matches ended with upset so far.

For me, the unexpected result in this round was the win for Newcastle and Leeds and even them winning by a 2 goal gap was a completely unpredictable result for me personally. On the CL final between City-Chelsea of course it will be different and it is quite possible for City to be very different and this I have alluded to before on a different thread. Regarding the PL prediction pool, to be honest to maintain a position in the top five is very difficult and I'm not sure I can stay in the top five until the end, because the closer to the end of the league the matches will be more difficult to predict.

It was going pretty well for me, picking the Newcastle and then the Leeds wins, (though as I have observed before when picking the upset the result or even close isn't quite as attractive as just going for favourites and picking the right score).

Then of course I bombed against Palace AND City.

Two more goals for the Reds and I'll get 3 points but this match is tight, tight, tight!

Any suggestion for Wolves vs Brighton match? I can not decide what to pick. Bookies have Brighton as favourite but I feel like Wolves have a go and can win the match. Any result is not actually going to effect the table much I guess.

Wolves for me, feels like the value bet here. Traore's been having a late change to form and results/finishing so would tip him for another goal involvement today. Parlay that with a Villa win for a nice pad in your pocket and to give Pep a free pass at the title. I don't want City to win it, but want United to win it even less.

There is about 14 minutes plus stoppage time left, and I just hope Man Utd can end the match as it is (1 -2) because I'm finally having a somewhat very good spell in the pool, I'm just hoping it will continue for the remaining 3 and half rounds...

it is a first time after a while, that I choose to support Everton and they won
expected more goals, but 0:1 is good score and we are back into Europe competition fight, one more win in this round would get us in better position

I was happy seeing the score 1 - 1 even after 85 minutes and was wishing not to have any goal from any side (I was not watching the match) but when I saw the score after 90 minutes I knew all my happiness disappeared on the air. Today's earning only 1.5 points so far and I am stuck at the round figure of 300 points 😏

Yeah, surprised myself with that Traore goal and 2-1, unfortunately should have listened to myself and gone for Villa HT, not full time. United falling back early in the game is NOT a surprise and has become a noticeable trend. But them also picking themselves up with late goals is a trend I was hoping, to my own detriment, would not repeat.

I didn't see that I am just 0.5 point behind the leader in this round just like there are a lot of other members.I just choose random results and I got lucky this round but I think this round has more games than usual and the game of tonight is not the last of this round,at least in Superbru it shows 13-14 games in total for this round.

It's pointless battle imo, They're definitely going down... although Burnley would seem to have toughest fixtures

I still don't know what it feel likes to win the yellow cap in the pool, with 35 rounds already, is there still any other user left in the top 10 that's has never the yellow cap too ?

That said, I'm only 0.5 point adrift (tied with a lot of others at 11.5 points) and I guess tonight's fixture might be determining factor in that, although there are still a few fixtures left for the round.

Burnley to win and the over 1.5 goals combo at Stake at 4.20 seems lots of value.  Burnley has been scoring goals in their last couple away matches and I don’t think they’re going to lose vs a team that’s been on a losing streak at home.

Ah well, I had it wrong it wasn't the last game, there's still a few more to complete -- and you're tied on 13 points Harko (with 2 others and me breathing down), so in very good standing for a first yellow cap. It's awesome, plus you win back your entrance fee in freebets, essentially breaking even on the entire season if you win it once.

And it wasn’t because I hesitated.  I really had no plan on betting the match.  I just made a quick look at the odds and at the the stats, etc. and thought it was a value bet.  Of course if I don’t bet on it it wins.

I have 2:2 in the pool since I expected United to bench some first team players but I did not expect whole 2nd squad. Leicester should win this one if they even hope to finish in front of Chelsea.
