Got 3 ants today not happy.

Very dusty fans and heatsink. Used for 3 months in hosted mining?
Missing screws.
Bent heatsinks. Like REALLY bent.
Bent power connector. Wtf did you guys just rip them out of the farm and ship?

I won't be ordering from Bitmain again until some compensation is made.

I want all new fans for front and back. And packages of screws for those fans. And screws for the heatsink that are missing.

After these things have been met I will gladly order more units.

Otherwise, you just lost a customer.

my first two were new and very nice. my ups notice  says my next two come today.
 Two things :

I am hoping your gear works okay .
I am hoping he sent new gear to me.
It is on the Ups truck and due to me today.
So feb 28th shipping means feb 28th delivery in my case.
I have a spot for them ready to run them.
my in house  setup will have 800gh for btc and 6000khs for ltc.  This will fully max my power available.

The shipping company has valued the item of $800 not $120 as agreed.

I called UPS with a glimmer of hope I could talk them round using my last 2 deliveries as proof, after 10 minutes on hold I finally speak to a very nice lady who tells me that unlike the other 2 S1's I have bought this one was shipped stating its value was $800.

Now I thumb through the last 2 UPS invoices and to my surprise the value stated for the goods were $120?

I can only assume Sushi that I won the draw and have at least another 3 of these on their way to me?

If not WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU PUT THEM AT $800 EACH FOR ON THE DELIVERY NOTE?

Looking forward to an explanation or offer of shitloads of free hashing power.

Having to pay 1/3 of the cost of a miner in tax it seems pointless buying any more. I am better buying from fleabay.

@ sushi, can I please have my tracking number?  As I mentioned to you earlier, I don't want to miss this package again like the last time which resulted in me losing 3 days of hashing.  I don't understand why it is so difficult for you to send tracking numbers to customers in a timely manner and not a couple of days after the package actually arrives.  This is pretty standard stuff for any group buy on here.

Right, I agree.  Just saying the pre-orders from last year are finally hitting the network slowly but steadily this year for Cointerra customers.  6% of the total hashrate is pretty significant.
