Hosted miner has been down for three days in a row. No response to tickets.

Does anyone with hosted miners have the same problem? ie. is their hosting company killing the miners because of non payment or something?

Mine was down for a day but it went back up.  At this point, I have written it off that I will ever get my hosted Ant shipped to me.  Sushi has just disappeared since the S1 is basically obsolete now.

This is such bullshit.

Totally agree man.  I've been trying to get a hosted ant out since before the Chinese new year.  That was the f'ing end of January.  I keep opening tickets on sushi's site complaining and asking about it but he just keeps closing them with no response!  I urge everyone to order direct from bitmaintech.com.  I've been doing that for the last 2 months now and they are so much better with orders.  You can log in and see your tracking number and right when they ship it.  I've had zero issues with them.  Sushi on the other hand is terrible at communication.

Other option is to order from ninjatech.org 
They have reliable track record.

I just received delivery alert info from Bitmain / Sushi re my Antminer S1 that I ordered 4 days ago.  The delivery info says it'll be at my door tomorrow.  If you haven't signed up for UPS MyChoice you really should.  Darn Chinese holidays Undecided

Looks like sushi (hosting at least) has decided to go the fraud route.  This is a WARNING to anyone thinking of purchasing or hosting from sushi.  They may have been trustworthy in the past, but they are scammers now. 

I have SEVEN hosted antminers with sushi-review hosting.  Only 3 are working, 4 have been down for over 2 weeks.  The 2 in China have been barely working ever since hosting started.  Getting ANY response from sushi-review (PMs, e-mails and support requests using sushi-review online support request) is like pulling teeth.  I have not heard back for 2+ weeks now - not a word.  SCAMMER ALERT AVOID SUSHI AT ALL COSTS.

Here are just a few of the (most recent) trouble tickets, emails and PMs.  NO RESPONSE TO THESE AT ALL FROM THE SCAMMER SUSHI-REVIEW, EXCEPT THAT THE TROUBLE TICKETS WERE ALL CLOSED WITHOUT RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!   

Last heard from sushi-review on March 16 when they fixed one problem with my configuration (after ignoring me for a week) but ignored my other problem (with Chinese hosted miners going down repeatedly).  The problems with hosting in the Chinese facility have been going on since I started hosting with Sushi 2 months ago.

To give some credit to sushi, my miner was shipped to me on 26th of March.

when hosting term was finished (i received an e-mail), he told me that he need an address for shipping OR 75$ for hosting prolongation. the communication was very prompt and i even thought of stolen account trying to get some cash from me. Prolongation was not an option because miner was down for 20-25 days during 3 months.
A week later i asked to ship miner and asked how much it'll cost. After 3 business days i got no reply, but all of a sudden he sent me PM with tracking number (only e-shipping label at that moment) and told that his hosting partner company failed to provide proper service and never compensated, so he could compensate only shipping and unmounting fee. And also it waas shipped with UPS 2nd Day, which is more expensive than Ground.

Can you ask him to touch base with this forum, lots of people in the dark here feel like they got robbed. Without any other information to go on it will be hard to salvage a reputation, even with your character witness
