We had the worst two days in history of the pool. I checked hundreds of things yesterday trying to find what's wrong but I didn't find anything wrong. It seems it was just variance and bad luck. With high LTC difficulty, lower hashrate than usual and 45% of our hashrate sent to LTC our statistical expectation for yesterday was to find 20 LTC blocks, but we found only 13. It's only 7 blocks less but it had significant impact on results.

The bad luck seems to be over now and we're back to normal. We already got 104% LTC in rolling 24 hours, 108% since midnight, and the last 8 hours were at 135% LTC or 0.00576 on average.

Everyone who sticked with the pool during this worse two days - thank you! Everyone who switched away - you're welcomed to switch back.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

So you have started trying out dividing the hashrate, by sending a cetain percentage to a coin, and other percentages to others, correct?

Hi Terk,

On the 24h hashrate chart there's a jump from 2014-04-10 6 to 2014-04-10 11.
Where did those 5 hours go to?

Weird. I've checked other users, for example, http://www.clevermining.com/users/1E89QWPMdVP3JeQKDtJq7Cm74ARZv2dVcD
No problem there.

You can, but you will certainly use more electricity than the few cents a day you'll earn.
Even power efficient GPUs are barely turning a profit in most regions.

You must be referring to an individual user hashrate.

It means that you wasn't mining in that time at CleverMining. Your miners probably switched to some other pool or hung up, so please check your backup pools stats.

Well none of this good news is going to matter soon if BTC keeps tanking. We're now officially in the $390's as of this post  Cry

I wasn't here during the beta. I've been with CM for a month now, I meant all time highest for this month.

Hi Terk,

My balance has been above the threshold for several days now. Where's my payment?  In the meantime I've stopped mining until I receive my BTC payout.

One thing I like about cleaver is the consistent payments. Happy Cleaver is back making money. It got real bad for a while.

Thanks.

You used 1B49qTqGUm6ukgNhzv7YNEdnj3h5k4JKoj instead of 1B49qTqGUm6ukgNhZv7YNEdnj3h5k4JKoj when connected for the first time and this is how your username was created. This was an invalid BTC address so payouts weren't made. I just renamed it and you should expect payout today.

I was above treshold yesterday evening!

This was a bug from my side. Validating new usernames got stuck two days ago and I didn't notice. I restarted it and all new usernames were marked as valid/invalid BTC addresses and you should expect payouts today.
