what was the amount of your stake and how much did you receive when it was minting?
I can not receive the stake for about ten days. to tell the true, I only receive the stake for three -four days. and then the stake is not well. You will only receive "Minted" coins after holding coins for at least 20 days. Once you've minted coins, the coins that generated the minting will be put into the "Staked" portion of your wallet until there are 50 confirmations. Once this has happened, and your wallet has been credited the minted coins, they, as well as the "Staked" coins will not mint again for at least 20 more days. If you have other coins that have yet to reach the 20 day time frame, it may take a bit longer than 20 days, depending on the amount of coins that have not yet minted. yes, I know that I will only receive "minted" coins after holing coins for at least 20 days. As I say, although I have received the stake for 3-4 days, my coins will not appear the "staked" potion, it apptears "Balance". I don't know the reason. I am so sad. The coins will only show in the "Staked" until they have had 50 confirmations, then they are moved back into the "Balance". If you say they do show in the "Balance" then you have gotten them. You most likely just missed seeing them posted in "Stake" as it doesn't take that long for 50 confirmations to happen. yes, when I can receive the stake for the first three days, I missed to see them postted in "stake", yes you are right. But now I can not receive the stake for about ten days, and my wallet do not surely show up the transactions, so I am sure that it can not receive the stake now.. thanks for you answer. After you got your first interest coins your coin age was reset. That means coins will have to age again for minimum 20 days before you get your next interest coins. You can look from history, when was your last mined coins transaction in. now add +20 days and you will know the time when you can expect your next interest payout. Heres picture for conformation that everything is working perfectly fine with MINT. (pardon my typos) when i receive the stake, all coins age which are minted the stake will be reset? / really?? I do not think the fact is real.

If you're asking whether the chunk of coins that mint new coins will reset one minting occurs, then the answer is yes of course they will.

Ok then, I'll stay out and let you guys do whatever it is you are doing. Please do the same for the BlackCoin thread (Sockpuppets included) P.S. Good luck guys! Thanks, buddy! You too!

Why would integrating a wallet feature create a hard fork? Wallet Control is not part of the algorithm of the coin. HBN was not hard forked for the wallet feature, Tranz added wallet control to newer HBN wallets. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Kergekoin? Correct. Bitcoin 0.9 also has coin control now. From merge requests i can not see anything which would require hard forking. Nice! So are you going to do it? I think the community and dev would embrace.

If you want to use it before officially confirmed: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ibwj1p88q340tg9/Mintcoin%20with%20CC.zipDefault disclaimer: Im not responsible if you damage your wallet.dat with it. If you release that at least provide instructions and/or a manual on how to use it. I think it might be to complex for >50% of users.

I think a MINT price ticker on the wallet would be nice. Maybe even one of those "MINT to BTC" conversion windows if you can get BTC info too.
Would love a happy "DING!" sound or something when it minted (with an "off" function should it annoy some people). That would be fun.
I think wallets should be fun. Imagine if Doggycoin does it first. Everyone will be talking about how great Doggycoin is for innovating simple, fun features.
I think "MINT" has a great marketing image, which really helps make the wallet attractive. Can't wait to see how it gets picked up and used.
I will probably make some more "MINT" amateur promo ads. =)
(Edit:My son has been asking to do another one too, because I am paying rewarding him in Ice Cream.)

Thanks but still that's a lot of text for someone to read and understand who just wants to use mint coins to buy stuff. I think the wallet should be as clean and simple possible for mintcoin to reach mass adoption, that said coin control could be an option activated only through the settings menu. it's a cool feature!

I've not yet looked at this beta implementation, but coin control is an activated expert feature on every wallet equipped with it I've seen to date. If reading a couple paragraphs to increase their chance of staking and lower tx fees on micro payments is too much effort for someone then they need do nothing and they'd never even know coin control was available. Even the ultra conservative bitcoin devs are finally caving and stopping with the lowest common denominator one size fits all thinking...finally. Coin control is a must for a pos coin imo.

If that's the case and it's optional in the wallet settings then thats great. It should be simple enough for joe 6pack and advanced enough for the more demanding coin nerd.
