What's wrong with this coin? I invested 10 btc in this coin when it was 30 sat about four months ago. I hear so so many good news about this coin but they never get implemented.. Devs please do something.. Thanks

you could dump that 10 btc worth of mint right now while there is that much available at 4 sats at mintpal.

you'll get max return on btc, since it is at a high value right now

I won't sell mint coin even if it goes over 30 sat or even if it is 1 sat.. I trust in the coin but Devs need to be a little more active..

Same here, im never selling my mint until they reach 1 dollar per mint!!!
I hope in the future this coin will do better, like it should.
It doesnt use alot of energy and it's still very cheap.
Why dont alot of people show interest for this coin?

I don't see mint going to a dollar in near future but 100 sat is very possible for coming months if Devs start working for the coin.Devs please don't kill a good coin. I hope for the best..

So how long is this coin going to stay on life support before the plug is pulled?

you guys have been saying stuff like this for months but were still here.

I guess the final nail in the coffee will be a delisting.

its probably more up to us as the community to create new things for the coin and advance its progress we need more people with coding skills to help the dev's add new features.

adding new features? that won't help

the problem is that no one is using mint for exchange

it's supposed to be a currency, so people have to use it as one or it's useless

@mintcointeam - Is it possible to add http://mintcoin.pw to the list of Mintcoin Forums? I'd like to help Minctoin -- to use a Dogecoin saying -- go to the moon, but I need people to know about it first. Smiley

Thanks!

Sure, even though you seem to be confusing "rampant censorship" with basic moderation on MintcoinTalk or the subreddit Grin

Also note that MintcoinTalk was created by a community member that is now missing in action. I had to ask for admin rights or it will be dead now...

hehe... Was hoping you didn't read that.  Lips sealed I do regret saying that, and I apologize. I was getting depressed and desperate because people basically were saying there was no use for the forum currently after I spent almost two weeks working on it. Sad   I did note, however, that that was mainly an issue before the premine. There was even discussion involving some of the community's most notable members (not going to say names) about forking. Things have gotten much better since the premine release however, and I'm happy that the community was able to turn around and become unified again.

Just joined scribbler, when the community grows more places to discuss mint will be useful just like there are two block explorers. When one goes down we still got another. Every new website about mintcoin will only expand the mintcoin universe.

Look at the top 15 addresses in this rich list http://mint.blockexplorer.cc/richlist/
Now compare it to the top 15 addresses in this rich list http://mint.blockx.info/richlist/

Notice how some of the addresses display different amounts depending on which block explorer you are looking at. The later block explorer seems to be the correct one.  It is not that the first is completely wrong either but apparently there is a glitch or delay or something with with it because you have to actually click on the address and go into the transaction details and then it reports the correct amount.

Zetacoin is a better choice for me, the only powerful reason is FreeBSD.

IMO, Nah. Zetacoin is so completely different it is not really comparable, totally different specie. Mintcoin is faster, more energy efficient, and has coin cap.
