Yeah, ignoring user support requests is one thing, but ignoring developers asking to update wallets is another. My DGB are stuck in some other universe and I don't think it is possible to reach their support now, since nobody posted about them responding to support requests.

I was thinking not to withdraw any of the coin until today. But I think there is one really great exchange site for me now, which will add USDe very soon, too. So left coinmarket now and see how it goes there for a while.
If we need to judge a little bit of this exchange, they were doing pretty good at the start. However, with the unexpected bitcoin problems and etc, exchange became unbearable. One thing to suggest coinmarket.io is that never leave your customers/users/affiliates without updated information. Use twitter as much as possible if you want to keep on this business alive. Right now, it is very difficult for coinmarket to get back into track since from then, some great exchanges with new ideas and platforms emerged, like mintpal. So coinmarket.io is still in my mind, I am sure most of us will still try at least once when it is back, to give a chance and keep some BTC for trial and profit on CM.io.
I may come back when things are sorted out. But would like to thank coinmarket.io.
Best.

Tried to test draw some BTC , got this error in the mail when confirming it.
There was a problem with this withdrawal because the coindaemon is offline. All cases like this will be processed manually, please be patient.

Ive been asking for a manual confirmation of my withdrawls for well over a week, no reply to any pm's or the posts on here. I have not received the confirmation emails. I used to get them, but ever since it went down whenever I have tried to withdraw, I have not received the email, so all my withdrawls are stuck in "pending".
Its been almost two weeks now with no response to this issue.

alive ATM !
Thank you for the heads up. I have not logged in to coinmarket in over a week. I logged in after your post and all my BTC was there. I withdrew it just to be safe, but at this point I think the dev has good intentions, just very poor customer service skills. I sent you a 10K Doge tip to the address in your signature as a thank you for posting that the site was up. -Sweet old lady ha-ha, I think the DOGE is the best if you want to share something thanks a lot! and I'm very glad that my note made someone a bit happier

I went into the hospital for surgery and came out a few days later to this mess! Now, as a long time developer I know what "Beta" means and I agreed to the terms of service, so I can't complain about that. I will say for some things, at least while it was up it was better than CoinEX which has UI and security bugs all over the place. When an app can't do the basics of what it's supposed to do, then it's more like an alpha and I CAN'T AND WON'T pay for that any longer. I continuously ask myself "Why do we as consumers/traders put up with all of this sub-par software, the charts are a joke, no statistical analysis at all, only 1 type of order, no stop losses, trailing stops, etc...
So, I'm finally Pissed off enough, I'll create my own exchange with a "Real" API, none of these REST services that you constantly need to poll on a site just to get stale data. In the finance world you should be able to subscribe to specific market information and get it in milliseconds & not have to wait for xx seconds before calling it again. I'll create a client side trading platform first so you don't have to deal with all the web based issues and security.
Basically, I'll build the common sense, normal level of features you see in a typical stock trading platform... a quality FIX engine, realtime tick and data feeds so we can automate some of the simple trades we want to do but don't have the data or platforms to accomplish them. I'll also, create a trading API that will allow you to build quality automated trading systems that can make you money 24/7... It won't happen overnight, but fortunately I have some of the code already from a stock trading project I worked on a couple years back, and I may purchase some key components for different parts of the system.
Until then, I'll mine... only deal with reputable exchanges, and work like crazy on getting a Version 1.0 of the system up and running and available to the rest of the trading world. I won't be opening up a "beta" version like it was a regular release and exposing your money to my mistakes/bug which I guarantee you will be there.
No I don't have a name, web domain, or anything more concrete than this email and a couple of conversations I've had with a developer friend of mine, so at this point it's vaporware. I don't want donations, this will be a "for Profit" venture NOT charity and definitely not open source and I think that by taking the approach where we only make money if customers like the platform and our service we can become very successful.
And with that I am withdrawing the very last of my coins from Coinmarket.io.
