In general, they aren't. We have one specific resident spammer that Ken has openly confronted. The customer admitted, within this thread, that he screwed up his own order but continues to spam these boards and reddit with the same none sense.

I don't see the point in deleting magzys posts when Ken has replied to them and made the situation clear.

Magzy - you have a real cheek coming on here threatening our company with the Police when YOU screwed up the process by asking for a refund BEFORE you had even paid your money. That my friend is a joke. The delay has been explained to you and you are still not happy? In the past I have had months worth of delays getting a refund from major retailers and even had to wait 6 weeks for an Amazon refund once. Things can go wrong and delays can occur. When you add into it the fact you did something completely not normal with this refund before payment it's not surprising you have experienced delays.

An important point for you - you WILL get your money back. If you had paid money into MTGox or Bitfunder you would NOT be getting anything back. Remember the BTC industry is new and uncertain, there is always a risk paying upfront for pre-orders. You are bloody lucky you handed your money over to ACtM as you WILL get it back - unlike tens of thousands of people who put their money elsewhere in the BTC industry.

Especially considering besides saying he was going to do it, he really has no obligation to give us anything at all. This is the wild west and we all knew that going in. Be patient and he'll release it when it's time.

We have hired an accounting firm to get these done.  With the new IRS ruling, the firm is having to look at how that affects our books.  When we release the financial reports they will be audited reports.

Ken,

Still waiting for the

"·CG Miner Supported (VMC Compiled Available)"

If you have a version that is suited best for these units please give a download link.

Thanks!

Just use the hashfast version, it will be the same.  I am going to recompile it with our name, but the functions will be the same.

As of 6:00 AM EST, Active Mining on the Eligius pool was mining at over 19 Terra Hash.

Several people have reported receiving delivery on Active Mining product.

Now, all we need is the ability to trade shares.

We could have more online; however, we are waiting on the air-conditioning to get fixed.

@Ken - I know you previously mentioned this data centre can hold about 1 Ph total at the moment once Air and step[ downs are fully installed. Many shareholders believe that adding 100Th a month is not enough to get us to where we need to be. What is your view on this and are you re-considering the speed at which we are planning on deploying mining equipment. I understand there are limiting factors but surely most of those can be negated by employing a couple of key skilled people to help with rolling out the farm?

Adding 5th/day (so far) - every days delay I hope we see 5TH spark up when the A/C is sorted :-)

Or just open the doors and windows...

Might look into it when I have my btc monies.
