Hi bittrex team,
Why I can't withdraw?
The reason is "ACCOUNT_DISABLED See this link for more details."
I was sent an email, but more than a week nothing answer.
As far as I know from other users' experience on previous pages, an account were disabled for two reason. Firrst it was an account that's not being used for quite some time. The second is because the user tried to logging in with unusual behavior like different IP or different device. Were you included on either of the two reasons?

They state on the deposit options on all cryptocurrencies a warning that they don't retrive coins in such scenarios. I acknowledge the following information: By depositing tokens to this address, you agree to our deposit recovery policy. Depositing tokens to this address other than ETH may result in your funds being lost.

Maybe it's like it's possible, the amount of money is very large, this is my first ICO.

Although he has successfully contacted bittrex support, I'm sure bittrex will not be able to help and even though it is a huge amount of money. Because they already have a policy about it and we can see that policy on every deposit address on bittrex, bittrex has done its job well to remind all its users. I am more advised, should this problem you make your learning for the future, because you have made a mistake on your first experience in receiving tokens. for the future, you just create an account in MEW to store all tokens you will get.

I have a question regarding the withdraw limits. As I see new users that have done the basic verification have a 3BTC daily withdraw limit and I want to know as I have done the basic verification a long time ago, I got the 1337 BTC daily withdraw limit. Will this change or they will keep that limit for the old basic verified users?

Same case is with me but I'm comfortably able to withdraw more than 3 BTC from my Bittrex account. So most probably, you've a withdrawal limit of 1337 BTC too and not of 3 BTC.

I'd suggest you to get a phone and use Google Authorization. The best and safest method of all.

The problem with your plan of action is, that in the case your computer is compromised your 2FA software is compromised as well. This kind of defeats the purpose of Two-Factor-Authentification. Therefore I would strongly advise you to acquire a cheap, used, smartphone, which you use exclusively for 2FA. If you decide to ignore my warning, you can probably use one of the available apps like Google 2FA or FreeOTP ( https://freeotp.github.io/) using an Android Emulator for Windows. Basically any program that supports HOTP and TOTP should do the trick. You could also use the following service, which offers a website based 2FA solution: http://gauth.apps.gbraad.nl/However, I have never used this site before and therefore can´t make a comment on the trustworthiness of this particular website.

I'm probably beating a dead horse in a sense here but you guys should really add Terracoin to your exchange. It's more worthy than quite a few other coins you still have floating around.
They're on the verge of releasing the biggest update in the coins history!

So, does anyone know how I can disable the new IP verification on Bittrex? I get that message everytime I want to log in at home and it's really starting to annoy me.

Strange. Do you use a dynamic ip? Because I never have to verify, at all. And I log in frok different devices. Have you tried verifying your account or use 2fa?

If you have a dynamic IP and your IP changes between logins it's normal and, I would say, technically good for security purposes. If you disable it, you will have less inconveniences but your account security will be much worse.

The external IP should be static, but the confirmation e-mails show different IPv6 IP's every time, even though my modem and wifi routers haven't been rebooted between restarts of my laptop / browser. I do have 2FA enabled, but I still get the annoying IP-thing every time. I understand if they want to check if I log on from a different location, but if I have been logging on from the same device (on the same location) several times, that IP verification shouldn't be enabled, IMO.
