no response for more than 2 days 4 days more and i got just bot response from bittrex and my account issue not sold, i am enhanced user for 5 month very strange, there thousand of user disabled account in last 4 days at least 700 i know directly and they claim that just about 30 person got this issue then why dont solved after 4 days? and they dont twit any thing about this they dont explained problem dont warn before ban users on slack who ask them about this issue the problem just in time when btc go high! dont response in support and just robot response for all who response for our lost, is bittrex buy my alts on price before their problem? or pay me btc price on high when my account is usless i just loss 5 btc for their fult be aware guys if your account is active now consider this event happened to us and reset your strategy ok bittrex come and defend your self, why you r in silence? is here your official page on bitcointalk or?if yes where r you We must beg us to pay back our money. Really that is ridiculous.

I have been using bittrex for quite some time now and after logging in it say new account and offer me a basic verification tried to do it but fail and now offering enhance verification. basic information is the only thing needed. i am not gonna upload any ID on their site because once it got leak again then all you private information will be stolen.

My account is 3.5 yrs old, used to be Legacy, just logged in (after being out for 1 wk) and it's now a 'new' account. Have always logged in from same place. No problem whatsoever with withdrawals in the past, no problems at all as a matter of fact. I don't think I've ever needed to contact support. Tired of these exchanges pulling this kind of crap without prior notification. Or was there news and I missed it?
Guess I'll try for the basic verification BS.

Did it worked? Basic verification? I rarely used Bittrex. Basically I never withdrew anything from it. I have account for like 3 years. Logged in when I heard all this troubles from people. I did basic verification and when done it said I need to do Advanced verification. With that I could withdraw 100 BTC a day but I have there sitting only few BTC. That sounds to me total bullish. If they want full advanced verification let them say. But professional would be to announce that months in advance. Basic verification is easy. If they can't find public records based on the information you provide, you can simple verify by phone number. That way, you can minimize the sensitive information that you need to give them. Unfortunately, it sounds like this won't cut it anymore. Basic verification is supposed to give you a 3BTC/day withdrawal limit. But people are also reporting now that accounts valued > $1000 must provide government ID and selfie. So, having basic verification is meaningless at this point.

2 days after receiving an email that my account will be enabled, it's still disabled. I wanted to put all my funds in Stellar earlier today and it hits 160% increase so far. So I just lost lots of money because of Bittrex unprofessional behavior. I definitely will never use this exchange again.

I would not risk leaving 1 satoshi on that exchange.I certainly would not give them any of my documentation because if they get hacked you are in serious trouble with scammers and crooks having access to your data.It would be less serious to have your money stolen off the exchange than your passport details or whatever.You should NEVER send any of these exchanges your data unless their terms and conditions allow you to sue them etc if someone hacks into them and steals your data.Do they take full responsibility for your data security?

Excellent point.If they get hacked your information will be in the hands of criminals and hackers and then it is too late.I think this is only excuse buttrex are using to railroad you into doing something against your will while holding your funds hostage.This is against all that bitcoin stands for.

What are you a shill? I know bittrex support sucks just as how the rest of the exchange support are but moving your tokens to stellar? Thats crazy. You'd be happier to buy XRP than it for its progressive than STR.

i am enhanced verify account, i was first do enhanced passport verification and phone verification, and after approve all i deposit my money there, if they have problem with enhanced they can just say we cant approve for any reason but they wait to deposit then disabled account, its a heist and they dont just disable withdraw, they disable all suddenly without any warning before then i have many open trade that in huge loss now, they screw my hard work result, now after all they dont answer me ,just bot response and nothing more, is it acceptable for you that give your money them politely and beg for give it back? its a heist

They blocked my withdraw. I have a basic account since i don't feel comfortable to send a copy of my ID to a company where you don't really know where their office is how their infrastructur is.
So i got a message on my account to withdraw money i need to send a copy of my ID and a fucking selfie. I created a basic account so i wouldn't need to send a copy of my ID since i even don't allow big companies to make a copy.
They took my money hostage to force me to send a copy of my id and a selfie even it is against my will. They are breaking their own terms. If this won't be fixed quickly i will go the offical way taking many people with me.
