According to their roadmap, Next year January 2019 there will be buyback of tokens from members (patients, medical centersh, and doctors) who received them as bonus by using the platform. First dividend payment for shareholders will be on January 2022 so that is 4years after the platform was launched. I'm not sure if this can be buyback in the same year or should wait the next year.
