People mining MONA might want to make sure that the hashrate reported by the client matches what MPH is showing. You may not be earning as much as you think you are.  MPH is registering about half my hashrate. I stopped mining MONA since other coins/algos are more profitable.

I run a large hashrate on monacoin, I never really look at what the pools hashrate shows, however when i calculate the coins expected versus my actual hashrate and difficulty for each block, it is always spot on.

Hope that helps

Hi I haven't been checking lately but I want to check regarding your plans for the upcoming forks. Namely bitcoin GPU or bitcoin gold and bitcoin 2x? Will you also distribute the new forks or do we have to move our coins before the fork to be able to get the new coins.

It's not an exchange website. You can't just keep sending coins around; withdraw them.

As nobody mines Bitcoins; it would take days to meet the minimum amount for the pool to exchange.

I am completely unable to connect to ethereum pool.  I have two miners which are already connected and they seem to be working but reconnecting another miner is not working at all.  I have tried europe, US, and asia servers and I have tried direct and through a local proxy and nothing seems to work.

EDIT: So looks like claymore miner will connect.  Can't get the proxy (I think it's slush's stratum proxy not entirely sure on that though) or genoil to connect.

slush's stratum proxy will not work with ETH pools.
Use claymore miner. It's well tested and performs well.

Unfortunately I get a lower hashrate with claymore.  My other two miners that have stayed connected are using genoil and the local proxy (whatever it is) so it seems to work once it's going, its the connecting part that may have changed.

Whatever the problem is, it is new, maybe since the fork.  This software combination had been working fine for more than a year.  And as I say, the other two miners are still working.

What error do you get from genoil + proxy?
Please send me screenshot or some error message.

Maybe doing some "ipconfig /flushdns" command would help. This flushes old ip addresses.

FYI, ETH proxy degrades your hashrate about 9% because it polls every few seconds, not receives new block info in realtime.
If you want to stick to genoil, please mine with -S option which connects directly in stratum mode.

Proxy looks like this:

It just cycles through that connected\disconnected process endlessly.  It does this no matter what MPH server I try and use.

However I did get Genoil to work direct to the pool.  Apparently the command line to connect to the pool needed to be slightly different than when connecting to the proxy, not just the -S switch, the user\password part as well.

Good Afternoon pool hub,

I just wanted to know why maxcoin is sitting in waiting to be exchanged for some time on my account. It does not seem to be sending to the exchange. If this coin is an issue are you going to disable it to stop my mininers mining any more of them?

Many thanks

It's working fine; takes about 12 hours for the pool to get enough Maxcoin.

Mine has been sitting there for 3 days

Sometimes Maxcoin is quite hard to exchange because of low volume from pool. (Exchange sites don't even permit low volume to be traded)
You'd better set auto exchange coin to Bitcoin if you want to exchange maxcoin faster. (I can't guarantee it to be fast but it will be faster than setting other altcoins)

I'll regularly request manual withdraw of maxcoin exchange items.

HI,

I am new and I did not read the whole topic... so if this question was requested before, sorry for that.

So how can the autoswitch decide that which coin is the best for mining?

I mean I thought that somehow the algorithm monitors the difficulty and the price and based this information can switch.

But as I see this decision not so fast, so I see for instance the monacoin difficulty goes down at 50% and it definitely worth to mine but the pool did not change yet.

So I started to think what is the purpose of this or this is a malfunction or???

Thank you for your advice.

Pool switches only when current mining coin's block is found.

Wake me up when you add ZEN  Cool

Yeah I'm working on it.

I haven't made any decision yet. Just watching other exchange site's announcements.
Major exchange sites don't even mention about bitcoingold.

FAQ page was gone by my mistake.

I updated few info to that page too.

hi
MPH please add to wallet Bitcoin Transfer !
to altcoin

Yeah I'll do that but I don't think it's useful.

I'm curious that why you exchange from other alt coin to bitcoin and exchange them again?
You will be charged exchange fee every time you exchange.
I'm just curious about it.

Any chance we can get more cryptonote coins added?

Yeah I'll check after I add zen.

There's two types of proxy. Use 20536 port if you are using dwarf type proxy program.

Check https://ethereum.miningpoolhub.com as basic commandline is written there. -S stratum mode is much more stable and performs well.
Proxy program may not reconnect and stay idle when internet connection drops. This is quite huge bug that can happen time to time.

Is there anyway to set your own fixed strantum diff level on Lyra2z. I am getting a solid 18.5 Mhz on my miner yet on your site it is constantly varying between 12 (most of time around 12) Mhz and spikes to 18 Mhz and that is due to the diff level constantly being adjusted to high.

Many Thanks, because this is the only pool that does this Algo, id prefer to fix it here than move elsewhere.

And thank you for answering my maxcoin issue. I turned auto exchange off as its faster I transfer coins manually to an exchange and perform the action. Its still a handy feature to have there just in case however.

I second notion for Zen, in fact it would be nice to have all equihash coins added at some point.

Many Thanks, because this is the only pool that does this Algo, id prefer to fix it here than move elsewhere.

your site always hovers on 12Mhz

Hashrate
12.68

You realize that the poolside hashrate is just calculated based on the number of valid shares your miner submits vs the diff right?  If you would just get your miner to submit more valid shares then the pool would calculate a higher hashrate for your miner.

This is how most coin networks like Bitcoin work; it's normal. MiningPoolHub can't change how the networks work.

Hello? Are you able to read this? Guess what... the best miner ever created has arrived! https://github.com/aaronsace/MultiPoolMiner/releases

Thanks for clearing it out for me. I`ve received first confirmed payments. Just wasn`t sure was it normal to wait that long.
