Does MPH support stratum diff manual changes meaning in the password does it support the “d=xx”?

"d=XX" is supported but it's just starting difficulty. Miner can give hint to server to start from certain difficulty and it will change as time passes.

Some pools support "sd=XX" which is static difficulty setting you are looking for.
Only coins that have short block time like Myriadcoin, Digibytecoin supports them.
The reason why pool doesn't allow "sd=XX" for all coins is that this feature may be used for low difficulty attacks.

I don't recommend to static difficulty at all in most cases, because vardiff runs quite well.
[/quote]

Okay, it’s just that when it pushes the stratum diff so high it looks like my gear is chocked out and just spits out a Hash every now and then.  I try and balance it out to about ten hashes a minute if I can not too fast not too slow.

Thanks for the info.

My hashrate for Monacoin on the dashboard and also on the workers page is being reported about 40% less. I understand this is a 5 minute running average but with no rejections, this is quite a discrepancy. What could this be due to?

Check for invalid shares and check the graphs over 24 hours.

Zero invalid shares, graphs are reporting incorrect total hash rate as well.

I am using http://ccminer.org/preview/ccminer-hsr-alexis-x86-cuda8.7z. I looked under Edit Account, Balances, and other screens but could not find an "account" number. Where can I find that?

Truthfully there is no single good pool for ETN right now. If MPH adds ETN I'll b one of the miners mining it. But I don't know if MPH operator is willing to add a coin which his auto exchange can't exchange. Since the only exchange that lists it is cryptopia atm.

Static difficulty, refreshing stats are all nice. But I'd rather have a more stable pool than bell's and whistles that we can live without. Maybe a better report will b better than one that refreshes so we can check our miners performance in the future. Static difficulty and high refresh rate stats will cause instances that may act like ddos attack. Specially if the user base grows too large for refreshing stats. And for some people who thinks lowest difficulty gets more reward...

Some people understand mining. Some are still learning. I'm still learning myself. But believe me I've seen several pools had problems using static difficulty or different port for different performance. I'd admit there are some coins which I feel there is need for the vardiff to be tweaked. But for most of em it's OK. I've requested at least algo to be changed. And MPH was kind enough to oblige with my request when I was able to give a valid and proven reason.

So if you have any suggestions I'm sure MPH would be at least willing to listen to them. After all it improves profit for all of us. Miners and pool.

MiningPoolHub, will you have the chance to look into my hashrate issue reported above?

Hello. I'm totally new to MultiPoolMiner so apologies for my noob questions. I'm mining on Mining Pool Hub. When I start MPM, I don't get any errors, so everything was downloaded and some algos are still benchmarking. GPU algos were all benchmarked, but in main window I don't get any info about BTC/USD I'm currently getting. Will this be available once everything gets benchmarked or did I do something wrong ?

Also, I would like to work and mine at the same time on my PC. With NiceHash (RIP) and Intensity parameter it was possible (Ccminer + --intensity= 19 worked perfectly for me). Is there a simple way to set this in MultiPoolMiner ?

Thanks in advance for your help !

The config files are in the folder called 'miners'. Edit in notepad then do "[space]-I 19".

Code:
"neoscrypt" = " -i 19"

Thanks for your answer. Will test that tomorrow.

How about why I'm not seeing how much usd/btc I'm making while mining ? Will this come after all algos are benchmarked (still got 2 left) ?

Here's what my .bat file looks like:

Quote
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 1
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

set "command=& .\multipoolminer.ps1 -username X -workername X -region europe -currency btc,usd,eur -type nvidia,cpu -poolname miningpoolhub,miningpoolhubcoins -algorithm cryptonight,ethash,ethash2gb,equihash,groestl,lyra2z,neoscrypt,siaclaymore -donate 10 -watchdog"

pwsh -noexit -executionpolicy bypass -windowstyle maximized -command "%command%"
powershell -version 5.0 -noexit -executionpolicy bypass -windowstyle maximized -command "msiexec -a https://github.com/PowerShell/PowerShell/releases/download/v6.0.0-rc/PowerShell-6.0.0-rc-win-x64.msi -qn; %command%"

NICEHASH pool was hacked today apparently lost 60 million in bitcoin value from the miners and renters main payout wallet.  Site is shut down for 24 hours.  No mining and no rentals.

Good time for pools to double check their wallets and countermeasures for safety.  I fear if this happened to nicehash it could happen to any pool and be quite devastating.

Hi there,

I am testing awesome miner and MultiPoolMiner on MPH.
since MPH use PPLNS system and i am used to PPS system in nicehash, i should not switch too often right?
what is the best/optimal count down timer for switching algos? should i just switch algo once a day? or 30 min? or 1 hour?

thanks in advance.

Hi all. Sorry if this is a repeat question, but I couldn't find the info on the webpage. What is the payout schedule for the various coins. I'm using Supernova at the moment and its OK, but I like PPLN better than prop.
