I am mining vertcoin and i have 31 mh/s but on website it shows 15mh/s and highest it shows 26mh/s. I am not submitting any bad share so why does it not show actual hashrate? Also vertcoin mining takes long time to show any info. Anyone can help?

2 months ago i was here on MPH crying like a baby cause i lost 20 bucks renting from nicehash, after that i spent countless hours trying to learn and be better and today after all the nicehack you understand better the meaning of life.... if you are here you are in the right place, MiningPoolHub and AhashPool are simply the best in the world for GPU mining.... Zpool and Minergate seems to be scams, winminer is buggy, i usually never write on the internet but i can tell you this... download Megaminer point only to AhashPool and MiningpoolHub and you will be good
for the pool operator... sorry i cry like a baby before, I really admire the Pool you are running... 80 minutes down its nothing compared to whats happening keep this thing thriving, thanks!!....

On another forum I frequent, people were asking about mining pools. A lot of people said, oh NiceHash, I use them and they are great, its so easy! Well, I responded that I used a pool that would allow you to auto exchange. I was called a fool and such, I laughed it off. Woke up the next day to read about the hack. Several others posted about it and asked where they could go.
I told em Miningpoolhub.com and a few said they would check it out. I even PM'd one of the guys I knew that lost his coin from NiceHash to come over to us. Don't know if he did.
This pool has done well. I learned to pull coins after losing my ufocoin when I mined for a bit, then stopped.

As always there will be some delay for the actual mh/s to be updated on dashboard. Give it 15-30 mins and it should match what you are seeing locally.

Brother i am mining straight for 2 days non stop and it never reached 31mh/s which shows on my miner. That's why i registered asking about this issue. It's currently showing 19mh/s with zero invalid share. So i guess i am earning less coins.

That should not be the case.. maybe check your workers are named and configured correctly?

Your location with respect to the miningpoolhub server you are connecting to - and the ping time you get could also be a factor here. I live in Australia and I have noticed that if I am mining an algorithm that has a server location in Asia, like equihash for example (and usually a ping time of 50-200ms) - my locally reported hash rate and the rate accepted by miningpoolhub are very similar.... BUT if I'm mining an algorith that only has a hub.miningpoolhub.com port, like Lyra2RE2 - the rate accepted by miningpoolhub is generally lower. I think that this is because you submit many more stale shares when it takes much longer for communication between you and the server. I don't know if this is a fact, it's just my guess from watching the results of mining many different algorthms. It would be great if there were Asia/USA/Europe connections for everything! Maybe there are and I just haven't read all the info correctly but I think they only exist for the very popular algos like dagger/hashimoto, equihash, scrypt, etc. I think Lyra2RE2 has just taken off recently when Mona and Vertcoin prices went right up.

Crypto currency enthusiast and miner since 2015. Mined approx 200 ETH during 2016 and 2017 and sold it at approximately $US40 each. Then I watched it reach $1000+ each. If anyone bothers to read this stuff pay attention to this: HODL HODL HODL HODL HODL HODL
I started mining with 1 AMD 7950 and 1 R9-280X. Then I gradually built my AMD operation into 12 R9-290s. Awesome ETH hash but ridiculous power consumption and heat. Over the last year I defected to the Nvidia team. I now use GTX 1070s. They were expensive to buy (probably a bargain now) but awesome hash rate vs. power consumption. blah blah blah blah

I confirm the same problem with Lyra2RE2. The total my hashrate is 724Mh, but MPH shows me max 450 (the minning is already over a day). Invalid shares less than 1%

I am loving MPH but like the above person I also have this problem with Lyra2RE2. There is only one port available and by workers and config are correct. So i don't know where the actual problem is. I got 0.3 vertcoin with a day mining where as if 31mh/s is taken on mining calculator sites i should mine 0.45 vertcoin.

Is it normal to not see any hashrate for VERTcoin? Sorry if this was covered previously. I have ~350mh pointed at the algo switching port -17018 and I am seeing unconfirmed transactions come in. Just wasn't sure if this was "normal".
If you are on the autoswitch port.. it will switch to whichever coin is most profitable... so if it happens to be mining something other than vertcoin, you will not see any hashrate reported if it is on Monacoin for example (which uses the same algo as Vertcoin). The unconfirmed coins are coins that have been mined by you.. but are waiting for enough confirmations from the network to be released. If you want to see the Hashing that has been done while you weren't looking, go down to "graphs" that will actually show you your graphs. I never clicked on it until recently thinking it was likely statistics for the pool itself because of its placement.

Ha. It works FINE, as long as you are using YOUR computer to mine to HIS addresses. I changed one thing. ONE THING: i SPECIFIED MY BITCOIN ADDRESS INSTEAD OF HIS, PROGRAM LOCKED UP, REFUSED TO WORK. GET LOST, SCAMMER.

So whats the verdict with MPH after the admin posted about a "crash", is it working properly again?
My zcoin worker shows up intermittently on the dashboard. I mined the entire day yesterday, and the pool stats showed there was no connection. My payout today is also subsequently almost nothing. What the hell MPH?!?? The worker is still mining just as it was yesterday. Same hash rate, no rejected or stale shares etc.
My internet connection is fine as my XMR miner in the same PC seems to be working, even if the payout seems a bit low.

Hi, I am new to MPH. I am not able to find any readme or guidlines how to properly setup multi algo mining. I created hub worker, turned auto exchange to one coin and now I am supposed to use port 12XXX in my worker. But I am not able to find which port exactly should I use. How about changing between algos like Equihash or Lyra2v2? Can you confirm, that the right config would look like this? ccminer-x64.exe -a lyra2v2 -o stratum+tcp://hub.miningpoolhub.com:12XXX -u user.hubminername -p x Thanks.

Look at the FAQ FAQ 2 tells you the EAXACT URL strings you should be using for each algo. to set up multialgo you need a batch file that will step through starting the miners on each port in turn or set up multiple pools - all explained in FAQ 2... Showing all workers with hashrates and coin on one page would be cool so I don't have to play 'hunt the worker' among the individual coin dashboards!!

Thanks!! Question - if I set up cgminer to balance between pools will I be penalised by the PPLNS algo or will it just see a lower hash rate - I am not sure how often it would switch between pools. Showing all workers with hashrates and coin on one page would be cool so I don't have to play 'hunt the worker' among the individual coin dashboards!!
Yeah that is the highest priority task I'm doing.
