Anyone know if you can have a miner run as a scheduled task when the computer boots in windows 10 with the task scheduler?
not sure what miner you have.. but if you go to start.. then run.. type in shell:startup it will open a window.. if you put a shortcut in there.. to say start.bat from multipoolminer. it will run when the pc starts. MultiPoolMiner is what I am trying to run on boot. The reason I am not doing the startup folder method is because I think those are only run after the user logs in and the task scheduler is able to run something without user logging in. My computer rebooted the other night and was setting at the login screen without running the miner causing me to lose some time mining. you can autologin btw. I don't want to auto login unless you can make the computer stay locked. if its a rig (not a computer you are using) remove the monitor and use a dummy plug For now it is a computer I sometimes use. I'm a little late to the party, but you can use task scheduler to auto run your miner like the person above suggested. You can configure your system to automatically login; there are various ways but if your running windows 10 then the easiest is to use the 'Netplwiz' command and disable 'Users must enter password' box. If you want to ensure your system locks for security, you can then go to the screensaver settings and enable the option to require a login after 1 minute of inactivity. You do not need to set a screensaver. The only other way I can imagine you can do this is if you run your mining software as a service. Keep in mind that Microsoft has taken great lengths to prevent users from making ordinary programs into services. It can be done, but ordinary programs do not conform to the same specifications that service programs do, and will often do strange things - such as indicate that the service is running when the application has in-fact failed to start, crashed, or hung. You can use a third party service manager such as NSSM to work around this. The mining software will run as soon as the system boots and will not require anyone to login. However, if you are using a subset of programs that work with each other, this might be more difficult to do and you might have more success with the first option above.

Showing all workers with hashrates and coin on one page would be cool so I don't have to play 'hunt the worker' among the individual coin dashboards!!
Yeah that is the highest priority task I'm doing. Any news or progress on miner/worker page?

Hi all,
can I manually send coins to exchanges like Cryptopia and Bittrex ? I dont want to install a wallet for every coin I mine and I prefer to choose when to sell some of them to get a better price.
Thank you

Yes, because coins you can withdraw are matured. They don't support directly mined coins that take many blocks to mature. No problem withdrawing coins directly to an exchange wallet.

MPH is doing us a favor by not exchanging Zclassic. Not only is Zclassic going up but when that coin forks to Bitcoin Private we will get 1 Bitcoin Private for every classic. I'm holding until the fork.

I'm running equihash algo auto switch. Is there a way to get an email notification when the worker goes down? Also I don't see graphs for the worker when using algo auto switch. Is it possible to see graphs when using algo auto switch?

That's actually good point. Though, I would still like to get them auto-exchanged. Hopefully it resolves soon at exchanges

Basic question about PPLNS, please see this pic (from Zcoin pool) https://imgur.com/V0KQeFDI submitted 100.4 valid shares, if by PPLNS, the next block reward is distributed to the last 156,938 shares (with current block reward 28 XZC), why is my block reward only 0.00056921 XZC and not (100.4/156,938)*28=0.0179 XZC? Even if I didn't understand PPLNS and you would apply proportional distribution, I should get (100.4/401,700)*28=0.006998 XZC? Why is the block reward so low?

Precisely, is that you can bring us a link and additional information about the date and with the arrangements finally decided about the future fork?

Spend some time reading the ZClassic sub https://www.reddit.com/r/ZClassic/. The coin is already up 70% just today.

Hi Guys
I am mining on MPH and wanted to use Verge as my auto-exchange coin. For some reason, it's not working at all since the last 3 days (no conversion done)
I will probably go back to LTC instead but I was curious to know if someone know why it doesn't work ? Thx

@miningpoolhub, all my ETH balance is missing, can you please look into what happened? See evidence in this album: https://imgur.com/a/wzKUP, I haven't made any withdrawals for over 2 weeks but my balance reset this morning, any idea why? PM me if you need more data than just the TX IDs in the pictures. Thanks!

Go look there. For a short time while the coins are at the exchange they do "disappear" and reappear once in your exchange coin wallet once the exchange has completed. Also click on balances and see which coins have a balance.

Should there not be a major update to the MPH website interface that would unify and more adequately present the pools and balances for each user?
I feel like I saw an announce about a month ago.
At what stage of development did the web teams come up with this announcement?

The ZCL wallet appears to be back up on Bittrex ( https://bittrex.com/status). I'd guess the pool op will turn auto exchange back on shortly for those that want it.

Top of the page... https://miningpoolhub.com/?page=account&action=balances- Temporarily 279 user's ETH balances are not showing correct numbers due to DB data migration. All things are logged so will soon back to normal. Please wait awhile.
