The ZCL wallet appears to be back up on Bittrex (https://bittrex.com/status).  I'd guess the pool op will turn auto exchange back on shortly for those that want it.

@miningpoolhub, all my ETH balance is missing, can you please look into what happened?

See evidence in this album: https://imgur.com/a/wzKUP, I haven't made any withdrawals for over 2 weeks but my balance reset this morning, any idea why?

PM me if you need more data than just the TX IDs in the pictures. Thanks!

The coins were debited to auto exchange (you can see that in your second photo). What coin are you exchanging into? Go look there. For a short time while the coins are at the exchange they do "disappear" and reappear once in your exchange coin wallet once the exchange has completed. Also click on balances and see which coins have a balance.

@jackbox, look at the dates, the last debit_AE transactions were from Dec 23. I am looking for all my income since then.

- Temporarily 279 user's ETH balances are not showing correct numbers due to DB data migration. All things are logged so will soon back to normal. Please wait awhile.

Hello everybody, Hello @MiningPoolHub team,

2 questions:
- Is it possible to know the the ratios used to "normalized" the profit of each algo for Nvidia, and AMD ?
- Is it possible to set custom profitability ratio (in a similar way as Yiimp) ?

Can anyone provide me a dumb-downed answer for how the wallets work on MPH? I've been previously mining Vertcoin with the Vert Core wallet so changing to MPH has def been a difference.

I've been mining with Awesome miner and I can see under my balances, there is few have appeared. What do I do from here? I read the FAQ but still don't get it. Sorry for the silly question.

Hi all I accidently sent DGb to the wrong wallet via an autopayment while mining. I have all the details from miningpool. They are just endlessly in the blockchain. My friend sent BCH to a BTC by accident and had it mined out for a fee. I am wondering if something exists for dgb to do this. I have reached out to miningpool but no response on the matter....

Thanks @malthrax, I guess I am one of the lucky 279, I guess I will just 'wait awhile'... Tongue

A few days ago I had switched the auto-exchange to Zcash(ZEC). wallet went under maintenace in exchange and nothing came back, about an hour or so I received about 2,5 pages of autoexchange transactions, and although you can't set the autoexchange to ZEC and dashboard still says it's off, it seems things are starting moving again..

I'm running equihash algo auto switch. Is there a way to get an email notification when the worker goes down? Also I don't see graphs for the worker when using algo auto switch. Is it possible to see graphs when using algo auto switch?

https://miningpoolhubstats.com/USD/your-MPHapikey-here
Graphs you can open all the 4 coin pages to the graphs section, but with the algo switching it's not very accurate, as it takes time to show. best thing I found is to use the stats page graph section and see how you do over several days.
If you create an account you can set some options as to remove the auto-exchange coin so things don't get counted twice etc.

Hope it helps.

for miner watcher I found this which is absolutely amazing and has removed all my miner troubles:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2071108.0  (Acrefawn's Equihash Miner Autorun (Autorestart / Watchdog) for Ewbf & Claymore & Dstm)

Has Telegram bot which can send you hourly updates and messages when things go wrong, etc. Love it so far.

And If we have ZCL in our MPH wallet do we get BTCP after hard fork?

let it run at least another 24h hours, auto exchange process' take 6h+
see the amount/day in the bitcoin dashboard and not in the balance
