What's the point in distributing 2% towards bounties??

Those people will flip the tokens as soon as they get them, and it's usually much less people than it looks like due to multi-account.

Also the quality of the post is very low even for hero and "legendary" members.

If I had a coin I would never ever distribute part of the tokens towards bounties; I'd see that as a kick in the nuts to legit ICO participants.
In fact, bounty programs are of great importance for the project itself, and directly for the participants. And it will be wrong to say that bounty participants are not investors. After all, in this case they spend their time and energy, this is also a certain investment.

I believe that bounty programs are really a powerful marketing tool, a reliable way to popularize a particular project. I regularly participate in various bounty programs and I am convinced that this option assumes its own advantages for each participant.

The introduction of an project and the introduction of the project to a larger target group. Bounties aren't as much as because there are a lot of bounty hunters and the prize usually drops at the end of the campaign.

It is not stupid idea. We should be thankfulness for what we have. Actually, if we don't like their idea then don't participate so that you do not have any problem with their allocation. Better seek another bounty campaign that better than them.

And what about your post? Do you think that you posted something useful here? If you think that some posts are just spam, then report them. But here in altcoins section - many hunters are posting only because they have to...

I just noticed your signature "Icos are shit and bounties are stupid", - looks funny Grin
Personally I think 1-2% allocated for bounties isn't that much, also this process makes community around project and even some hunters can purchase tokens

I believe that in this matter you are absolutely wrong. Bounty is a pretty promising and convenient format for its work. A powerful tool for popularization and further promotion of the project, attracting the attention of new investors. And I believe that every participant can gain their advantages with such cooperation.

I saw two ICOs where managers had same stance as you.

One collected $1000, another $3000 (both had softcap in millions, of course)

I'll even give you link to one of them:

Participating in the bounty means that we have the opportunity to receive many free coins and we also have the opportunity to become richer thanks to the bonuses from the program.

Yes, I think so too. It used to be a good marketing tool way back in 2017 when all bounty hunters were investors too (bc they got paid well)

Some bounty programs offer as low as 1%. Bounty's are used to promote projects so that they can raise hardcap in the process but the only issue is that, they tend to dump these tokens on the exchange when its distributed. But, this does not qualify bounties from being stupid. Projects can also use etherum to pay hunters so as to avoid huge sell offs

In my opinion what i dont like in bountys is the participators limit, best for bounty is 200 peoples not 600 like in many bounty events, other thing is the dump u dont get ur reward but when they send ur funds on wallet price is down! Many of bounty is scam or cant collect soft cap and u dont get anything from it!

It's not ridiculous to be working for the bounty awards, although the gains are not as great as the old ones. The message allows you to track altcoins while you are writing a blog or working on twitter. We do not win more prizes, but the amount of information is increasing Smiley

Actually the truth about the whole thing is that bounties is not just our bone of contention here rather impartial bounty managers, developers and scam projects. So many bounty managers always try to find out a way of denying bounty hunters their tokens and developers tend to dump the price of a token before sharing it to bounty hunters.

Bounties are actually not stupid and icos that involve in it neither are. Bounty is a way of creating awareness and putting your project out there in terms of publicity especially in the early stage of TGE and it is cheaper compared to other methods and strategies.

Am really surprised am getting to know about this cause up until now have not come across any offer that low, it may be because the project has a low potential of returns.

There is some bounties that is not really paying for the exact amount for the members but still  we can't  call them as stupid just because of the 2% come on guys we know for the fact that once in your  life you also joined bounties and earn so much on that and take note in bounties you dont need to spend your money time and effort would be enough
