I heard that CryptoDredge was the best miner for Monero, so I tried switching over from XMRig Nvidia. The hashes look decent using CNv8 but every share is rejected, saying "Low difficulty share." Any ideas? I was using CN-R previously, but don't see that option here.

Gotcha, so it sounds like CD doesn't have an algo available that's actually able to process Monero today. Fair enough.

i've got really strange situation with cryptodredge miner, it comes alongside with some other miners into nicehash fork program and unfortunately it is not starting there..
other miners, like t-rex, for example, working nice within this fork.. but cryptodredge is crashing just right after the start.  it works separately flawlessly, that why I'm wondering what the problem could be.

does anyone here know why nvidia 436.xx driver versions are eating up cpu resources while mining with cryptodredge?  431.xx versions and below doesnt have such issues.   anyone encounter the same problem or is there a workaround solution to not use my cpu resources while mining.

as for me i never try to constantly update drivers because i know that there will not be 2x hashrate, even 1.5
i still have 418 driver and very stable 1803 build with switch-off autoupdates

hi, if it's not too blunt to ask  Wink, what's the latest comparison between CryptoDredge and T-Rex, in percentage terms,

is there any algo where CryptoDredge is now the significant leader for Nvidia's in its up to date version ?..

I m trying to mine Phoenixcoin (PXC) neoscrypt algorithm with 12 pcs NVIDIA GTX1050 2GB.
The miner software crashes 74 minutes later.

HiveOS 0.6-42
No overclock, PL 60 Watt
Cryptodredge-ver. 0.22.0-cuda92

Could you help me to mine without any problem ?

I cannot live, I cannot die, trapped in myself.
Hold my breath as I wish for death. Oh please god, help me !

Hi cryptodredge,

I gave you merit and now you have the Member rank.
You can have hyperlinks in your signature now to promote your miner.

I would be happy if you could give me a merit too.

Best regards,

styleshifter

I have exactly the same problem with 436.51 driver and i3-7100t cpu. Unusable as it is.

How to set the intensity of the first graphics card 3 and the second 6?
No way. As a workaround for this issue, you might use a few CryptoDredge instances with -d option.
e.g.:
Code: (first.bat)
CryptoDredge -a <ALGO> -o stratum+tcp://<POOL> -u <WALLET_ADDRESS> -p <OPTIONS> -d 0 -i 3
Code: (second.bat)
CryptoDredge -a <ALGO> -o stratum+tcp://<POOL> -u <WALLET_ADDRESS> -p <OPTIONS> -d 1

Hi, what is the command for setting the temperature limit for each Nvidia card? I really need it.

Hi, Cryptodredge.
How about idea to add to miner support for cpu
algorithms such as - yescrypt/yescryptr16/yescryptr32 (i know it exist, but with very bad optimization)
/yespower/yespowerr16/Power2b/lyra2z330/Terahash/m7m/defyx/Randomx/Ghostrider/Scrypt^2?

I don't think there is any supported parameter for the temp limit but you can use MSI AB and enforce temp limits for any card from their GUI application.

i already asked this question here and in discord (or telegram)
it's impossible for unexplained reasons (to local wallet)
should make own pool and mine solo there

I think that would be true if the wallet was not designed to allow solo mining, but I am mining to TZC's beta wallet which has solo mining enabled but there are errors on the miner side so I was wondering if the miner allows it. The old CC Miner by KlausT works, but it's old and slow.
