Please remove stablehash.com pools from first post as they've stolen a lot of coins from miners !

give them credit and some time, I guess... and I hope Wink

We are experiencing extensive problems with our DB servers. We will not be coming back up until it is fixed. Sorry about all of this. This is taking up a lot of my time. Coins are safe.

What about the payouts ? I've got 700 myr but that's far from what I should have. Where are the remaining coins Huh?

skein diff: 5000. no longer interesting!

Just compared.

My hashrate on scrypt == 6733MYR pr day
My hashrate on skein == 16036MYR pr day

Equals to 0.17BTC pr day at current exchange rate, vs 0.14 on best scrypt coin (coinwarz)

What seems to be the problem Huh
I would say Skein is still pretty damn interessting Tongue, especially given that you have less power consumption and longer lifespan on cards since they run alot cooler...

Nope - as for the moment >6000 Cheesy Ooops, >7000 Cheesy

Seems older cards runs at the same temp on scrypt and skein (at least my hd6770). But they perform much better and runs cooler alot on groestl Smiley

Ah i only have 280X in my farm.
Which runs at 205-215 Mhash each and are roughly on average 70 degrees 1080/1000 clock. Mining away happily  Wink

With our epic run of luck though, we're mining as though the diff is 2500. Grin

any tips for skein on a 270?

pool doesn't seem to show any hashrate.. :/

lowered intensity to 7, getting 130mh per card, is that alright?

I 13 ... should get a little more I'm getting 208 per 280x so I guess somewhere along 160 should be the benchmark for 270

nope

Anything above I 11 on Skein increased CPU load, at I 13 CPU load for cgminer is 99% on all my rigs.
At I 10 I have same hashrate but no CPU load.

cool, thanks a lot. 135 seems to be it.

had it on my normal scrypt settings of i20 which was giving me my exact normal hashrate of 1.4mh. left me puzzled.

cards run a tiny bit cooler but i'm saving a frickin 70 watts!!!!! i think i like skein Smiley

130Mhash seems about right given the difference of 270 and 280X (1280shaders vs 2048shaders).

Dont have any 270 though, intensity doesnt seem to matter for me. just run it on i 7

Btw remember that skein algo isnt memory intense, so set down mem speed to 1000mhz or whatever your card support (keep in mind that cgminer will bump it up to stock if you go to low).
Will give you quite an cooler card.

the lowest temps and electricity consumption are reached with groestl.

temps wise, skein and scrypt are almost equal.

holy.. lowered intensity to 7, put memclocks to 1400, plugged it into cgwatcher.. everything working fine and i'm now using 100watts less than with scrypt.. wtf?!?

like people have stated earlier, this seems to be true on older cards.

My 280X however run about 10degrees cooler on skein vs scrypt.

Gotta say thumbsup to that Smiley would try to set memclock to 1000mhz though.
