I think they just delaying cashout request with that people canceling theri cashout requests and continue to gambling again. I alread did this twice and my kast request happened 24 hours ago.still waiting

Thank you for posting about BetChain. All withdrawals over the weekend were processed as quickly as possible. Players with duplicate accounts usually take longer as we need to verify there isn't abuse going on. I apologize you experienced a delay in your withdrawal being processed. Please could you contact support@betchain.com with your account information? Do you guys really just stop processing cashouts because it's the weekend? I hope not, put in a request about 6 hours ago...if I would of known you dont do weekends, I wouldn't have deposited on a friday afternoon. If so, Please either process withdraws over the weekend or warn your players they won't get paid over the weekends. |

Just wanted to update: My withdraw last Friday did end up taking longer than I hoped initially, but I was wrong about them not being available all weekend. Betchain does in fact process withdraws 7 days a week but last weekend they were backed up apparently. They certainly went above and beyond to make up for it and also make sure that I would be returning a happy player by offering a generous bonus as compensation:) I made another withdraw request earlier today which appeared in my wallet within 10 minutes...thanks Betchain! |
