I don't seem to get it. Is staking mining, or are mining and staking with your client 2 different things? I've increased my Zeit significantly, yet no increase in mining returns.

staking is mining, but with a different engine. cpus, gpus, asics all use brute force powered by electricity to decrypt datablocks. staking uses coin age (or weight) to drive the software mining program. at least that is the way i understand it. - different methods, similar result

That's right, groggin.
It's really needed, that every ZEIT holder should never close his Gauntlet wallet.
We will find a solution, but for now our network is all we have to protect our investment.

I think it's the way to go for the future, look at all those enormous mining farms, while a clinet basiccally can do the same. There is one but, once the blockchain tech gets discovered for multible uses, I think simple CPU power isn't enough to maintain a network, but hey, time will tell Smiley

well, it looks BTT is back in business.
And ZEIT almost broke up out of the 120 satoshi capping range, last obstacle left at 125 now.
Maybe the maintenance at Crypsy takes so long, because they are preparing BTC market for ZEIT (rant).

Haha, uki... I want to believe.  Wink
They had NXT 3 days under maintenance.
Mint was around 4-6 weeks under maintenance last summer.
If there is a huge trading volume your coin is back in business within hours.

The Blackcoin BC to BLK change was done within days. I am posting for 4 month due to the coinlogo and the weblink.
After some weeks, ticket gets closed by the Ticketcloser - the only person who's doing neat work there.

Balance is stored in the Database.
I'm not sure if that's your real balance.

My value at Cryptsy is 20M. But wallet shows 0 ZEIT.
They have different change addresses and they have POS enabled. Interesting, eh?
http://www.multifaucet.tk/index.php?address=MeSRa6bLTCKpEj5kXGyYG5v3oMwykygEWF&blockexplorer=ZEIT

Other Exchanges are probably working with accounting. (Comkort, Yobit)

Cryptsy Wallet was minting in January 2015 (2015-01-12 11:35:02).

They're constantly sending 110 ZEIT to a lot of their own addresses. When it comes to withdrawal they collect from these addresses.
Kind of a coin controlling?! (Looks like our faucet?!?!)

Maybe a Cryptsy Wallet?  Wink
