Its very sad to hear and don't know when bitcoin price would reach that ATH.As you said that already you lost bitcoins in Ponzi scheme,if you had researched a little bit more then you would have realised that such ATH price is only due to the launch of bitcoin futures and that it would not last long.

These are isolated cases: one is getting scammed and the other is getting bull trapped. However, the cause is similar: negligence and lack of due diligence. Both might have been avoided if you have taken necessary cautions, but alas, time cannot be brought back. Just don't sell until bitcoin reaches 20k$ again..though it would be a tough hodl.

Just hold everything and be patient.  Bitcoin has crashed many times in the past but it always rises back to a new all time high  I would take a break from checking prices for a few months and let your mind relax instead of stressing yourself out.  At least you had the courage to take a risk, that is how you get rich.

Last year on cryptocurrency was a roller coaster ride until now where it seems to slow down. The hype was real and there is nothing you can do about it right now. im sorry for your lost but , it is gambling and you should willing to loose, or accept it
it should not make you down, and drag by it, forever, stand up and work hard, buy a little less risk coins,
