CSTT is an Ethereum Erc20 based token. We might look to move to other blockchains in the future, but nothing of that sort for now.

EOS is not completely decentralized, see its whitepaper and you'll understand. As of now ETHEREUM ERC-20 still having scalability issues but sharding is on its way to deal with that. Just have patience..
