Rumor has it NapoleonX finally received the official management license from AMF, required to go ahead with their algorithmic crypto-to-stock market fund management platform.

That could set a precedent for similar projects that connect crypto to real world financial markets. Like Jarvis! Very good news that French regulators did not close the door to crypto.

First of all I will suggest to keep the thread clean from reporting posts those bounty related as they distract the attention from ongoing discussion. Second I see people are talking about coinmarketcap as standard that's true it isn't ultimate place to valuate markets. It was first what saw popularity but will not be last as there already have started to be developed more modern tools based similar platforms. If Jarvis delivers it can make place among good exchanges in this space flexibility of growing exists for quality exchanges.

agreed, but you have to keep in mind that coinmarketcap is still the most popular tool people use. shouldn't be ignored.
coinmarketcap should not be ignored, many users use it as a reference point to see the quotes, to be present on coinmarketcap means to have a lot of publicity and visibility and to reach a large number of users (investors) interested in the crypto world, the jarvis team should do everything to see their token list on it...

but should not be the main focus after all. if jarvis delivers, then everything will follow. at some point, i always refer to cmc but info over there is not always true. true success is within the platform of the project, not from any site accepting payments to get listed of

Yes Coinmarketcap such as being a point of reference for many people to find out the current crypto situation and I think it's been ingrained, and jarvis should be sprightly and able to cope with this.

The HQ is in Sofia, and the taxes will be paid where the ICO recipe is made ... I agree. Apparently, this takes away from the Team the fiscal responsibilities for performing ICO stating another location, if I am not mistaken. But at some point it is money in whatever kind needs to be declared in the Country of origin, would not this lead to problems?

No there is no tax on ICOs; the taxes are paid where revenues are generated; revenues will mainly be generated through the exchange, so taxes will be paid where the exchange is located. Also, some revenues will be done through the market place and partnership, and this will be directly been taxed in Sofia.

I'd like to ask, why did you prefer Sofia for headquarters, i am sorry if you answered this question before i started reviewing this project recently.

I can imagine three reasons. first, most of the team members come from there. Second, Bulgaria may be crypto friendly. Third, It is an affordable city to work in if you are a startup that does not have much money.

Fourth:
there a more decent devs in Eastern Europe than most people think

I can second that, i have done blockchain business with some very knowledgeable guys in eastern europe.
I believe they are more ingrained in blockchain then western europe is for the moment.

The problem is if the ICO does not attract crypto investors, we would need to go to see conventionnal investors. Hence, the distribution of tokens would not be as democratic as I would like. I'd rather be funded with 2-3M dollar from crypto investors, from a community, rather than 15M from few VC or Angel investors.
That makes sense , but unfortunately we cant expect much from public investors right now.
As we all know that last year (2017) there are so many people who want to jump in to the crypto market even if theyre not experienced enough in crypto market or not experienced as an investor. That's why many ICOs were successful reaching their softcap and even hardcap.
But I think those newcomers and non experienced people are already left the market with loss and because they cant make quick gain in crypto market anymore.

Now I think only people who are experienced as an investor are left in this market, but we know these people are very limited and number of ICOs is always increasing everyday.
The competition for ICOs is getting tougher and looking for VC or Angel investors isn't that bad (the trusted one of course). And then you can reserve/buyback some tokens to later be distributed by implementing some marketing strategies for that after your project is sustainable or gaining a good amount of income and profit.

Anyone would open CMC to monitor their portfolios. As far as i know even if there was a lot of people are using mobile app but they are still opening CMC actively and this can't be ignored and i agree with this one.

Yes Coinmarketcap such as being a point of reference for many people to find out the current crypto situation and I think it's been ingrained, and jarvis should be sprightly and able to cope with this.

Cmc still uses the apis of several exchanges to get their prices. Anyway i prefer tradingview to check crypto prices, you get all the information well organized

Hello guys!

Almost everyday we are running a small contest on our Telegram, for 25, 50 or 75 tokens depending on the difficulty of the question.

I will start posting here all the answers, and if you want to participate, please join our Telegram : https://t.me/jarvisexchange

The question of the day was:
Quote
"What will happen by clicking on the "quests" link in the menu ?"

The answer is:
Quote
So you have all heard about "gamification", the idea is to ask people to do tasks in exchange of point, that could be converted then in a prize.

In Jarvis you will have to complete 100 of quests, going from quizz, to reading an article, looking educational video, inviting friends, succeed to finish your month in profit, etc.

For each task, you will get X JRT, and you can even win some prizes.

There is no choice, they became monopolists in the market.
Almost everyone who wants to invest is looking at this portal and can not do without it. There are analogues but they are not popular. Maybe over time the situation will change but not now.

how will jarvis make changes on the market place?
What is the difference of this project to other who were old enough in the community?
And how will they drive investors and traders for better trading.

A lot of change and a lot of things will happen. In addition, we will have a social side where we will have access to additional contacts, loans and borrowings between individuals.

For your second question ; you will find a lot of information about the WP and on the site. But, I let Jarvis-Edge answer in more detail.

For your third question ; there will be an educational environment for trader, some beginner training, as exists on youtube at dmtrading certainly. And, also you will find trainers, I will not hesitate personally to offer my professional training, having been professionally trained by a company SARL. and my implementation.

I always prefer blockfolio from the beginning. Its very user friendly and constantly updates itself, although i liked the previous view in ios version(maybe they didn't change it in the android version.)
