So let me give you some info on what is going on. Yesterday i was playing slot on bc.game called Saviour Sword and i Hit a bonus round. Now if you don't know the bonus round works as follows, there's a wheel that spins to decide the outcome of the bonus round and i landed on RESPIN with 2x multiplier now what this does is i get free spin but the catch is the slot guarantees you 5 jewels 1 in each column. After the roll is done it adds up all the jewels and since i hit x2 multiplier it multiplys it all by 2.  So the issue with my bonus spin is that i did not get 5 jewels even though it clearly states its GUARANTEED 5 along with my x2 multiplier. I got 4 jewels and the 2nd column literally got stuck half way so it only gave me 17x now adding on the multiplier for it being bonus round came to total of 34x. that 2nd column the jewel that got stuck was 10x by itself which means the total would of been 27x and adding the multiplier would come out to 54x. I know its not a crazy amount but i mean its just the fact that they are saying there's nothing wrong with this bet. I bet .00062520 ETH on this bet and it paid out 0.02063160 ETH when it should have been 0.0331356 ETH. I took a screenshot of this so you don't think im just a nutjob throwing numbers at you.

So i mainly jsut wanna know how is this work with the whole provably fair thing, i dont know much about it which is why im trying to figure out what happened here!

What was the answer of their support team? This seems to be like a bug, which can always happen unfortunately....

Also, one thing I wanted to ask the guys here is why is that the 'Invite Friends' task worth 0.005 EOS under the Task bonus displays a 'Page Not Found' ?
Any idea ?

I guess this is just related to the fact, that if you can invite 1 friend that uses your link to subscribe, that you will get the 0.005 EOS. I could be wrong also as the bonus for this type of incentive is quite low.

I always ignored Master Medals thinking it was very tough to obtain but yeah I will definitely try collecting medals from now onwards.
It indeed is tough but not impossible !

In my eyes the master medals, are too hard to win, especially if you are a small roller. The only medal who is really and easily within reach is the "Old Timer" (be member for at least 1 year). However, the rewards are pretty nice, if you achieve 10 medals, you receive 10 000 DOGE + 1 ETH!

There's also one more medal which is quite easy as compared to the others and that is the "Talkative" where one has to just post at least one message in the chatbox for 200 days.
So that's 2 medals which are achievable. Have to find 3 more to get a decent reward and 8 more to get some nice reward  

200 days is 6.575 months as per google . funny how they name this task talkative when its allowed to post single message per day  but the real challenge is to login for 200 days or almost 6 months and together with posting atleast 1 message .
this is tricky and what if you missed 1 day ? are the task going to start over again . you will need to set your alarm and daily reminder for this but if we are playing the game naturally , task wont feel pressured to complete and we wont notice that we already unlocked them .

Now its rule is that you only need to have a "Talking" behavior of 24 hours(or more than 24 hours) in any chat channel, Ban/Delete messages are not counted by , until the number reaches 200 times.

In other words, it does not matter even if your “Talking” is not continuous.

I actually don't know what to say about this. The Sword Bonus does in fact guarantee a gem on each reel. If you can provide me with the bet ID, I will gladly check to see what the issue is. That is a very peculiar thing that happened. I've never seen anything like it. Of course, it is impossible for a "reel" to get stuck on the backend as the reels do not exist for any reason other than providing a visual experience. I will check the bet and see what happened. You say you were paid the multiplier for the 4 other reels? Or was the payout for the 4 reels plus a multiplier unseen on the screen?


edit: I can see the bet id in the screenshot you provided. I'll update you here as soon as I figure this out.


Update: Our staff was already familiar with this issue and released the following statement.....

The screenshot shows the spin still in action with the gem on the second reel not yet landed, in what appears to be a display freeze or crash error during the bonus round.

The bonus round in Saviour Swords is completed when 5 gems land on the reels, and the winning gem amounts are then added together and multiplied by the bonus award, which in this case was 2x. As you can see from the attached screenshot, the gem on the second reel hasn't yet landed in place, and although the diamond pays 10x , the spin isn't complete, so this cannot be assumed to be the award. The winning payout was 34x , meaning the actual gem that landed on the second reel was the green triangle gem, paying 0.5x.

Winning result (1x , 0.5x , 0.5x , 5x, 10x) x 2 = 34x


Once the server has taken the bet, the result is given and the visuals are played out to that effect. The issue here is display related, and has no effect on the final result and payout of the game round.

The game was rigorously tested following the report, and the users issue could not be replicated, we also did not have any further reports of issues with this game from any other user during the same period.

Agreed on the fact, myself stating this on my personal experience as a high roller. I made good profit, and few requested to provide them with small tips. I just ignored, and later I stopped opening those messages. In few I got to know about their suggestions of making a perfect exit strategy. Later I wasn't able to keep up the win, I lost everything. That's why I suggested let them request, if possible go through it and if you're not interested just ignore it.

Ohh man, I meant to say BC might've got different terms. It can be bitcoin, bitcoin cash, Betting community or whatever. Why to term it beggers club, you can request the mods or the support team about the disturbance. Surely the support people will make steps to stop this. Ignoring is just temporary solution since for sure if this one will not regulated by them more beggars will came and it's really bad for the business especially with BC.Game to have more beggars rather than high rollers staying. I also read about that and hope they implement it soon. I do enjoy playing on bc.game, but we need some new games or other features to keep us busy  .
Just ignore all the beggars. I don't really visit the chat on casino sites just because of this.
