I'm putting in my official complaint on BCgame as I have been banned with over 100k confiscated, with an account of over $24million wagered. I thought BCgame was different, since they offered quick withdrawals, great promotions, friendly hosts, etc.  But then it changed when I helped others by sharing strategies/offering additional money back from their play from my own account which enhanced their enjoyment level and fattened my wallet as well. Eventually it became large enough issue for BC to unleash the hammer. A Clause of Advantage play was added in their term of service that they only JUST added after banning me and my high earning affiliates. You can even tell it’s new by how it’s all in Caps. I read the TOS dozens of times before and it was never there.



I made sure I did not multi account as I know when something like this happened it could be an easy excuse to  ban me. BC did their due diligence and didn’t accuse me of multi, however that still bite me in the ass when they got me on “group gameplay”, the group they refer to are ppl i never met in real life, only chatted in forums and discord channels like EVERYONE here would normally do. By that definition, any of you guys that respond here is my potential groupie, specially if you ever profit.

I have been promoting/paying content producers around the web/stream/youtube to join with me promoting BCgame and get benefits not received anywhere. Isn’t that the point of giving out commissions? So your affiliate “partner” can spend it at their discretion and attract new customers? I would also assume it’s common sense when your promoting something the first place is among groups and ppl you are familiar with, and that’s where I posted my referral link. In a DISCORD channel that I’m member of, some of them joined. Talked about slots, shared strategies, some worked, some didn’t, wasted plenty of $$. Until we came across a strategy that’s actually pretty easy to find on the internet and pretty much the META nowadays in gambling and utilized in almost every major crypto casino. A wagering strategy!! Nothing new, nothing revolutionary, just math.

What I did was simply used everything BCgame offered to its maximum efficiency to win and taught my affiliates. Who doesn’t. If you say otherwise that you play just to lose then well you are every casino’s prized stallion.

It’s not my problem when I play a game and loss according to the house edge but all the rakeback/reload/deposit/weekly/monthly bonus given back to me ended up yielding over 98-115% of house edge. That’s the casino’s decision and who am I to question it. Bonuses are often offered as a loss leader in a competitive business. Especially when all of them are not optional, they are given to you. I have no say in the amount of weekly bonus, monthly bonus they will give, I have no say deposit bonus as it is automatically applied. Recharge/reload calculations are not disclosed anywhere. Those are unknown to me and can be changed at any time by them. (Spreadsheet available for math part)

The next part is on hedged betting, apparently that’s disallowed now. So if you do any sort of hedging on BCGame please beware of this clause. No more betting banker/player, no more betting red/black, no more Crash hedging. This is something that wasn’t there before in the terms either.

When casinos, not just BCgame but other bigger, more established ones offer wagering CONTEST, but didn’t previously have established rules on hedging, and I see others use it all the time on a small scale. Then why am I to be punished for using it to win contests. Winning is not guaranteed and thousands of dollars to lose if you fail, that’s gambling to me.

Last but not least, if you run a script which their own platform supports 24/7 then it’s considered irregular gaming and might be banned too, but only if you win. No problem if you lose.

1) You can't play 24/7 only one game (what's considered OK then for regular gaming?)? 2-3-4hour? No 24/7 allowed at all?
2) You can't hedge
3) Anything that can potentially give you an edge with bonus, it's gonna be considered bonus abuse
4) You can't get tips from your affiliate if that makes you profitable
5) Just don’t profit

I will be posting this on every website. Again and again unless we reach settlement. They already refused it twice hence leading me to post here.

This is expected. I would be surprised if you gave a full account of exactly how you attempted to defraud BC.Game. For everyone else that is asking how he was doing it, that is not info that we care to share for two reasons.

Of course we can't complain since that wheel is more or less a gimmick and not a necessity, but even if the odds were scaled slightly towards the dust balances, that would still be nice. I do notice the prizes are slightly valued more than what the rest offers, which could be the sole cause everyone else has been getting the BC tokens.

For instance, rather than rewarding 1 TRX, make it 0.2 or 0.5 TRX with a greater probability.

I am already happy that the fees have dropped. They can be lower, but it's a reasonable fee. Other sites still charge 7-8$ to withdraw BTC...

It is true what they say, I want to add that the JB can also be used to increase the percentage of rakeback, personally I agree with the comment of DarkDays "The utility of this coin is pretty close to being useless then" regarding the rakeback I think that there is not much difference when the JB is used to increase the percentage of return and with respect to withdrawals the function of covering the fees is not very useful when not many withdrawals are made.

Instead of just complaining, it seems to me that we can contribute ideas, my idea is that they add a store to spend the JB, you can put items such as Iphone or Ledger and after buying them choose if we want to receive the item as such or the value of the prize in btc, they can be put on sale for 20 million JB for example, it is an amount that is not too easy to get.

You know how it goes Efi, people are greedy and always want to win more and more  . The wheel is indeed not so bad and I also won a couple of time 50 doge (but that was before it jumped massively in value).

JB coin is so useless that I sometimes play crash with it with max bet amount and just keep the screen on to see how high it goes.
Never crossed 3x or 4x and it crashed with all the JB coins going back to the casino.

JB coin and turtle coin (TRTL) are both useless although the TRTL can be withdrawn to Kucoin and exchanged to BTC. The price of TRTL jumped a couple of months ago with 800% so you never know that it can do that again . Just won today 1 TRX on the wheel  .
