This guy created this account to post about it. He even published in the Bangladesh Local thread that the BC game is a scam and asked others not to play there without understanding that JB is playing money and it cannot be withdrawn. If someone has any currency in the Bc game balance, it also shows in fiat like USD or other currencies. If that coin does not show, anything means it is worthless.

Sometimes we have to see such scam accusations while nothing happened, and the accuser acts like this is the end of the world. Look at his writing style. He used Capital letters to get the community's attention while proving himself DUMB.

There are also other occurrences of scam accusations where the accuser is a newbie, however, the account was created before 2016 - 2017. I am not accusing that these are farmed accounts but it appear for me only that they might be farmed accounts being used for some purpose. How impossible would it be that someone can hire account farmers to provoke a certain group of users of casinos or services in the cryptospace?

Nothing is impossible in the crypto world. We don't know the truth. We can say whatever we want based on our own assumptions. A few weeks ago, I was supporting the user mamu88, who created a scam accusation against the bc game, saying their support is not helping him to verify his KYC. Some other members supported the casino just because the accuser was a newbie.

Every gambler does not have a forum account. They discover the forum once they search for a platform to complain about a certain platform. I criticized the BC game because I already knew their support was not up to the mark. Anyways, User mamu88 was able to verify his KYC and Bc game decided to pay him in full. The case was solved.

No, all newbies are shilling or falsely accusing casinos. You should not look at their rank only. You should judge them based on their accusation. User mamu88 proved it.

But still the casino had time to attend to issue at hand so there are still in track whereby the user complained and then nothing seems to be done about it then we can now assume and confirm such casino to be providing poor services but for me I have tried out a couple of casino here in the forum if which BC.game seem to be one of those and from my remark I haven't encountered any issue with playing or withdrawing my winning but I can say so everyone I guess but still most casino users just jump to the conclusion of creating scam thread about a casino without properly checking if the fault is actually from their own end because I know most users have a way of violating so many TOS of these casino without even knowing.

I just checked the bc.game site and I did noticed signs of scam in the site, I will suggest you just make am complain to the site and wait for their response or checked the transactions history so you will be sure of what you are saying, while depositing the funds did you cross check your account informations before proceeding the transactions?
Well your account might have been hacked by someone closer to you nothing is not possible.

We will need a lot more details so we can evaluate for ourself. So please show any images/printscreens/chat logs that back up your story. As Mahdirakib mentioned, bc.game can probably not do a lot but change your password and enable 2fa (also on the other casinos you play on).

@Rachael, before posting stuff like that, do your proper research. They have been online since a couple of years, have paid out millions of members and all valid complaints on this forum have been handled in a good way.

Before anything else, there is the possibility that you created your account with an email and password that is already hacked, that is, the hacker already have access to the email address you created your Bc.game account with, and the password you used on your Bc.game is the same password you have used on other platforms and the hacker also have had it long before you created your Bc.game account, so immediately you created your account on Bc.game, the hacker through your email which he has access to, knew, and when you funded your account, he also knew, and that was when he or she moved in and withdrew the funds.
What would saved you at least is if you had activated 2FA on the account before depositing into it, i see no how Bc.game can be blamed for this which happened to you, you lost your money to hackers out of your own negligence and carelessness, so next time, be more careful online and try not to use the same password for every account you create on any platform online.

Well, are you now accusing or insinuating that Bc.game hacked your account?, well, I am neither on Bc.game's side, and neither am I on your side, I am just natural, and for the fact that you are probably the first person to ever be coming up with such an accusation against Bc.game make this whole thing so wield AF, and for anyone to believe you, you might have to come up wit some concrete evidence, or proof of your claim, else, no body here is going to take you serious at all..

Well, I didn't have many issues with crypto casinos in general... but the last few issues were on me, I mixed up some chains! I was lucky and I got my coins back with some "help". What I wish to say is that these things happen more than often, we (players) make a mistake, mostly because we didn't pay enough attention, and these kinds of mistakes are usually totally unintentional. But some people are trying to pass the blame on the casino, although they know it's their fault. People who tried to cheat and it didn't work... and they will try to take the money by yelling and threatening.

Thousands of people have BC.Game accounts and have never been hacked. If there was some security glitch specific to the bc.game gambling site, you wouldn't be the only one affected. So, if you really got hacked, I'd suggest checking elsewhere for the source instead of pointing fingers at the platform without concrete evidence.

Exactly, because I just claim a little winning of mine on the bc.game casino prior to the soccer game I predicted and I have been doing so for some times now and I haven't gotten any issue likewise the thousands of people using same casino so I would also suggest you check if the issue is probably from your own end. This is very hard to believe as I can see that we have zero open tickets from the time of and before your comment. Can you please DM me your userID and I can double check. From what I gathered here, someone accessed your account and withdrew your funds. If that is the case, then there is nothing we can do as crypto transactions are immutable. This type of issue can be easily avoided by simply activating 2FA on your account. Unless there is more to your story, I don't see how this is a valid scam accusation. Please use 2FA in the future.
