Yeah you can. Value of 1 TRTL coin is for the moment 0.00009533 $ so you can use it to wager and level up (I am doing it also). It is JB coins that are almost completely useless.

It is written somewhere on the site itself that there are plans to open a store with JB coins but I think this is their highest priority. Same here, already lost a lot of JB coins just by testing out some new strategies  .

I don't really see the benefit of adding all these coins, I doubt they will be used a lot.
